I still haven't received a cent either, and I've raked $2000 in the past 4 days.... The only thing I could think of is because I deposited and used "THEFUTURE" bonus. I thought they were suppose to stack though. I've had my affiliate send a few emails to support about this.

My goal this month was to rake $16k and hit some of the higher levels on Ronin. I'm going to continue to give Lock the benefit of the doubt that they will either inform me that the deposit bonus and Ronin do not stack, or pay me what I'm owed from Ronin. Wouldn't be the first time I've been screwed over by a poker site though....

I'm going to just clear my deposit bonus in 15-20minutes of play, so I'll do that and see if I start getting Ronin after that.

If that's how it's suppose to work, I don't get Ronin until I clear my bonus, would I even get the first 10 or so levels of Ronin? I feel like since they only award ~100 of those levels, that they would have all been taken days ago.

Is anyone still getting the first few levels of Ronin?

People were getting those levels late into last month. Don't panic.

Also, I have no bonus to clear, so it's not the bonus. Its just a glitch or something they haven't handled yet. Good to see I'm not alone. We'll get rewarded with it eventually, they were pretty late starting last month too. I'm going to assume the glitch happened when they went from points to rake.. Something wasn't done right, It'll get fixed. Just needed to check it wasn't Just on my client.

Just got credited for the first tier this morning from my play last night. Second tier pays way less spots, but if last month was any indication, there should still be spots left, there were people still getting paid for clearing the third tier on like the 25th of the month, and there's only 160 paid spots for that one.

Hey guys, new here and to lock poker, so this may have already been answered somewhere on the site so I apologize if it has, but my question is if I signed up with lock using the bonus code "thefuture" with my first deposit on lock, do i still earn rakeback for the rake from that time til the time that my account on raketherake has been officially linked? my guess is not but it says it takes up to 48 hours to confirm my account, id rather not miss out on 48 hours of rake if i could help it as i can put in a lot of poker in that time. especially since from what i hear that if im getting RB i cant get the VIP? which is also kind of crappy seeing how that im almost halfway to white VIP already yet by the time i start getting RB i'll just be getting to VIP just in time to get disqualified for it....so the least you could do is give me the RB I earned up to that point? You see how I am getting screwed here? Please Clarify.

can anyone tell me if this is how it was last month where RB players had to create twice as much rake as vip players to move up in ronin? And can anyone tell me why they switched it?

No, it was not... I knew it had to be too good to last though. I just wish I knew they were gonna switch it during the promo

Last month there was little value lost imo being rakeback if the highest VIP u could achieve was Black. Prob want to push ppl towards VIP, there has to be something VI about it .

I emailed emily and she thinks ronin payments are going out every hour and are uninterrupted.. I don't have any payments.. She did not look into my account for me. um... lol

Is there any way to track your progress with ronin if you are a vip? I don't see anywhere that says my total rake also how do I track my progress with VIP now that its not calculated with pts?

can someone explain to me how the ronin is calculated/shown on the admin?

monthly rakechase earnings is simple. the numbers in admin match up with the lock website

but im trying to understand the rake numbers? on the lock website it says u need to reach x rake (i assume table rake) to get y reward.

on the admin its listing monthly rake. is this the number to look at to see how much ronin u are suppose to be getting? or am i suppose to divide by # of players or something (that would be stupid no? why would they show a stat that cant be related to ronin rewards?).


example: my current total ronin rewards is 217. my monthly rake is listed as 5220. i am not a rb player i am a vip player.

is that 5220 just an error or im misinterpreting it?

I believe it is based on the "Monthly Gaming Rev" located in the top right corner of the Stats page (black box, light gray background).

I am a new non rakeback player...and have gotten ronin and deposit bonus....only $1.50 Ronin and $5.00 deposit..but then I don't have a ton of RB yet...all systems seem to be go for me...except I don't have vault access yet...but as I said...I just started out.

If you are a RB player and have an affiliate, you might not be eligible for Ronin anymore. My affiliate just started tracking me yesterday, even though I have been playing for over a month already. If I don't receive anymore Ronin payments this month, that is probably why. Had I known this, I would have signed up directly through Lock.

Im neither rakeback nor under an affiliate. I also have been receiving ronin as far back as when they first started offering it way back on Merge.
