Just got my cashier to work, and checked the History tab. Looks like I received 2 rakeback payments, one paid to my main poker balance, one paid to vault.

Well, which is it? I agree with those who posted above, I would love to see RB paid directly to Vault.

EDIT: hang on..."cashback" from VIP is awarded directly to a player's account. How can I confirm that Lock didn't screw up again and switch me to VIP, and I still have my 36% rakeback? Better safe than sorry.

I want rakeback to go to the vault as well. I don't even know which one i have yet. Nathan from support replied to an e-mail i sent telling me that i have rakeback now. Twice today though, a small amount was added to my vault, even though Shane said that rakeback goes to your playing balance while VIP cashback goes to your vault. Therefore, since this money went to my vault instead of my playing balance, do i have rakeback or not? This is so confusing it's gotten stupid.

Yea I agree with putting all side payments, cashback, rakeback, and ronin payments in the vault. And it would be nice if there was a ledger where I could distinguish one from the other.

I just checked the history in my cashier... I have 3 payments that are labeled "rakeback" but they do not nearly add up to the cash Lock put in my vault...? So was I shorted or is the money in the vault from something else!? Am I even getting rakeback or collecting VIP points towards the Ronin promo? Because my point balance hasn't moved since the Revolution launch... I need to know how to distinguish the difference between these payments!

I have been playing on lock for 2 days now..no rakeback has been recieved. Do i have to earn a certain amount of pts to unlock the vault?

I definitely have not received a payment for the Ronin race yet. Has anyone else? Is there a way to track these payments, where we are in the race, etc?

I'm didn't see a place to opt-in to the promo, so I'm guessing these payments just haven't been sent yet.

Has anybody been getting these payments? I have't found a way to track like most of you, but am curious if anyone feels they are getting the payments. I don't think I am, but it is also really difficult to tell.

I got a few weird payments into my vault but I am supposed to be getting rakeback which I am being told does not go into vault as well as the ronin payments... But I am unsure if I have been given any of these payments yet. Lock needs to add to ledger so we can distinguish the payments a part from each other. On top of that, after the incident yesterday when I had payments that never went into my account that just disappeared still was not in my account today when I woke up. i am missing ~$150.. This is a terrible start to the "revolutionary" new network... I don't appreciate my money just disappearing and not being recovered. This needs to be handled promptly!

I'm getting "white vip cashback" payments to my vault. I thought I was on rakeback according to support. This isn't rakeback is it, right? Any one else getting "white vip cashback"?

Same thing here. Noone from Lock cares enough to come on here to clarify. This same issue has given me a headache for days now.

lock also promised that satellite coupons we had before the switch would be converted to VIP points. I had a 109 dollar coupon and a 33 dollar coupon which I didn't play because we were promised they would be converted to VIP points. Were they? Nope. Just disappeared like everything else.

On another note, I have also had money disappear when getting up from the tables, and now 12 hours later it still isn't there. I'm just going to dispute my last deposit with my bank and move on.
