Still haven't carried over my deposit bonus from Merge.

Albeit slow, at least they're making some progress with the admin, ect..... If we could only get them to fix the lag with their crappy software

I noticed my rakeback was slight adjusted downward (the couple percent I mentioned above) and my $4.50 ronin payment is now gone. Apparently lock is having some issues with their accounting systems.

Ugh, yeah I noticed this as well. It's pretty frustrating. I haven't gotten any rakeback payments in my account, but the ledger shows that I've logged significant play since my last payment. I am really hoping this is temporary. I was hoping it would correct itself after the daily reset server time, but that does not appear to be the case.

i just talked to shane about it, I had a depoist bonus carrying over from merge also, he's not even sure whats going on and has contacted the ceo about it for my account, ill let u know what he tells me.

the only information i have is that shane stated they were gonna extend it, because of all the problems with it, whatever that means.

Ok, the bonuses tab has finally shown up. Except that my LOCK150 bonus isn't there!! ?? The LOCK150 bonus was obtained while on Merge.

My bonus doesn't appear either. Looks like they are still working. At least they are making progress with all this stuff.

anyone else finding the vip program pretty lol between blackvip and blackelite vip?

5 times the vip point requirement but the reward jump is 10 perc just like it was between silver and black (2 x vip point requirement)

am i missing something? or is there like a typo to the points to cash conversion on the website or something.

No, those numbers are correct. The truly lol thing is that I have earned well over 50,000 VIP points this month, but I am still receiving blackvip payments of 35%. Having earned over 80,000 points this month, Lock owes me 10% more cashback for my last ~30,000 vip points.
