Just an update on all these payments types, all the outstanding payments are getting caught up now and the automatic systems are now in place.

Rakeback will be paid hourly direct to player account
Cashback will be paid daily to VIP players vaults
Ronin prizes will be paid direct to player accounts

Does that mean ill be getting paid my rb from the time I requested it? Even though I haven't even got the confirmation it went through yet? Also when will I be able to check my deposit bonus progress?

Don't like the hourly and directly to account. How do you know how much rake you should be getting? Should keep it the other way, daily and into your vault.

Just checked my vault and noticed there were 2 cashback transactions issued today. The problem is there should be 4. I was missing cashback from my play on Wed, Thu, Fri, & Sat. So I'm still missing 2 days. Hard to tell which days I'm missing because the only description is CASHBACK. Doesn't tell you which day the cashback was from.

As for Ronin payments, I can't even find a page with those transactions to verify I've been paid.

I'm also missing my May SNG Leaderboard prize, my May Rally for Riches prize, a boatload of VIP points earned the last 4 days, and possibly bonus money earned the last 4 days (can't check on that either).

I emailed support about switching to rakeback and said it would be activated within a few days. I just checked my vault and it looks like I received a rakeback payment of some kind. It says "white vip cashback payment" though. Is this rakeback or vip cashback?
I'm confused. I want rakeback, not the VIP program.

Is there a ledger or history section where we can track all of these payments?

Also, are these payments still being issued? I haven't received cashback for the past three days or so.

My vault balance has been going up as they release the cashback. I believe they are still issuing everything as I haven't received my FPPs yet.

Seriously? This defeats the purpose of me going for Black VIP. I'm trying so hard to like lock, but it's just one thing after another. Just yesterday it was stated that for every dollar paid in tournament fees you earned 10 VIP points. Now it's down to 7 VIP points. Rather than just change things it would be nice to inform the players about things like this...horrible customer service!

Is the VIP system going to stay the same or change? I've paid $44.90 in rake since moving to Cake and I just received my 10% (White VIP) payment of $3.23...doesn't seem right.

Also - rake on cake appears to be triple what it was on Merge. THIS may get me to move back if this is going to be how it is.

Finally - I just played a session and started with $303. I netted $5+ and my account shows a balance that is $15 less than what I started. I've seen some comments on this before, but cashier needs to update must faster than this.

Agree with those suggesting that RB payments be put in the vault. Or at least a ledger of some kind for those of us that keep track of rakeback separately.
