Rakeback

How do I go about signing up for Rakeback? I have a Lock account already, is it possible to get rakeback? or would I need to set up a new account? Any information would be appreciated. I am looking to play more online so I dont want to miss out on Rakeback if I am going to be grinding everyday.

Yes it is possible. One of the reps recommended emailing emily@lockpoker.com and she will take care of it.

Just wanted to say I emailed "Emily@lockpoker.com" and I got a reply back within 10 minutes. Big shout out to the Lock team for the quick replies when I know they're getting crushed with questions right now.

Re: Rakeback

They must be choosing select emails to respond to because I sure haven't received a reply.

OMGZ.

It is so freaking tilting all of the negative nancys in this sub-forum today.

ATTENTION PPL... it is their first day switching over to a new network. There are bound to be some hiccups. Stop bombarding support with multiple emails about the same problems. They are aware of the problems and are trying to fix them. Them having to stop and answer your million emails about the same problem with each person only slows this down.

Re: Rakeback

Hey guess what? When I have a question I will ask them. Isn't that what their "support" team is there for? I hardly believe anyone answering support related questions is remotely responsible for any of the programming issues the site is currently experiencing.

When they decided to leave merge and buy cake, they should have thought far enough ahead that they might need some additional employees to join their team.

I also want to point out that a simple FAQ page on their site would go a long way in cutting down on the emails. Seriously, there is no informational page anywhere on their site.

I don't believe players with questions should be blamed for poor planning and execution on their part.

same here. I am getting very frustrated too. I am dying to get away from carbon and start on lock. I had a lock account from a year ago but was on carbon already so never used it. all I want to do is load it up. i have sent them an email with the same rakeback question as u guys and no response...I didnt even get an automated reply that they recieved it. I really was hoping that lock would be proactive about all this. They (Shane etc) seemed so excited for this fresh, new network but they don't seem to be as excited about getting back to us in a semi-timely manner. Shane, I really don't wanna bother you with pm's as i'm sure ur very busy with the launch but if you see this, please reply with a solution. You guys are losing profit by the hour form me and other ppl with the same problem. I am on carbon playing as I type this and if they responded to my email and rectified the rb issue I would surely be on lock right now.

Maybe if you would read some of the other threads in this sub-forum, you would know that all you have to do to sign up for rake back is email lock requesting that they sign you up for it. The same questions are being asked over and over and people are starting new threads for questions that have already been answered. People like you are cluttering up Lock's forum with a bunch of redundant Q&As. STOP!

he happend to be right fish. they should have anticipated the increased email volume and hired temporary workers for the launch. And as for your repsonse about "emaling to request the change" it is worthless when all you get for a response is a lockless email inbox.
