Questions about Lock/Revolution

How much of a hassle is it to deposit onto the site? Considering all of my bills are paperless. How hard is it to get the rakeback and how long do cashouts typically take and what are the methods? FWIW I live in the US

Re: Questions about Lock/Revolution

Western union is quick and easy to deposit and takes less than a day to process (once u get a response from support which could take a couple days). Ask support for rakeback. Cashout through wu takes up to a week usually. I'm in us as well. Biggest issue right now is lock support takes a long time to respond (often a few days).

Re: Questions about Lock/Revolution

It's extremely frustrating. I usually don't get a response from support at all, and when Elle does respond it's never everything I needed so I send more emails and get nothing. Then give up for a few days and try again.
Right now I'm trying to deposit WU. I received an error because I had already started processing a deposit (generated a name, nothing further) so I emailed support. To my surprise they answered 1 hour later with a first and last name. Unfortunately that does nothing because I have no idea where this person is, and stated in the email that I receive an error so don't have the other information.
Hopefully hear back soon about the rest of the information I would need to deposit

Wasted the day waiting on support to answer a simple question. You guys should give raises to the alleged newly hired support staff, who all go by the name Elle (coincidence?)

Probably the only support person left. Hope that promise to add more staff comes through soon.

Re: Questions about Lock/Revolution

This site is horrible. Never got back to me from days ago. There are so many emails/Pm's that never were answered. Little scary to have money on a site and you can't get in touch with them at all. GL to those who decide to stay with lock, I hope they get their act together. Right now it's just a bunch of talk as usual
