How come when I register for a tournament using VIP points then later have to deregister the points do not go back into your account? Makes no sense.

They do go back into your account.

There is a bug in the software where your points balance isn't updated real time.

Try this to fix it:

Pick any tournament where points are allowed and select it. Then click the "register" button on the main software client but press cancel. Repeat this 1 or two times. Your points balance will then be "updated"
