I stole this from another post in a thread, but this is completely unbelievable. Apparently there is a lady on Cardschat forums that helps immensely expedite cashouts. This site puts Lock on a top 3 places to play for U.S. players. There are people requesting cashouts in MAY 2013 and getting paid, WTF.

Sorry to the original poster, but to me this is definitely new thread worthy and would like to see Shane's response.

NP. I couldnt believe this when i was reading it thats why i had to post it. I have been emailing lock support about this and they just give me the copy and paste answers ie Q-"Who then is this list going to and can you add me to
this list or give me the contact info for where i can get my cahsout
expediated like they have." A-"Again our apologies for the delay with your cashout, I'm afraid we are behind our typical processing times at present but hope to be caught up shortly and have your cashout with you soon."

lol someone in Lock can make things happen and its sure not Shane. We need to find out who this is.

This is ridiculous. There are 2+2ers that are still waiting for cashouts after 7 months.

Correct me if Im wrong, but Shane is the "Affiliate Manager" at Lock - obviously that is just a title, and who knows what is actual role is, but it seems almost impossible that the affiliate manager wouldn't be heavily involved in Lock's interaction with CC here.

Sorry if I misread your post and you were just taking a sarcastic dig at Shane's willingness to help others while continually shafting us.

Wow. Reading that thread almost made me sick.

Shane, I would ask you to be the Debi/Dakota for 2+2, but the idea of preferential treatment for anyone, or for any affiliation is absolutely disgusting. There are people posting in that thread that their checks went from processed to their doorstep in less than 3 business days. Meanwhile, there are people here waiting 100+ days for their check, yet Lock doesn't seem to feel that they would be worth shipping a check to in a few days?

Just disgusting and unethical.

Feel blessed to have someone as helpful and kind as debbie/dakota, no needing to make her feel bad for helping her community. I will say I am jealous reading this thread, but power to her.

I'm not even sure why 2p2 even has a lock poker representative, it's sad that he doesn't have near the pull she does, or if he does, he doesn't help the community. Contacting lock customer does nothing, you get an automated robot response back.


Can we please get that Dakota/Debi person here at 2+2?

Shane used to be head of affiliates and is now Director of social media....

It seems to be a judgment on the level of overall play of 2+2'ers verse the other forum. The goal is to delay the 2+2'ers as much as possible so that can pull off as little money off the site for the longest amount of time.

LOL at none of this being accidental. Cash flow crisis...Lock will cater to those who redeposit more than the ones with large rolls on the site already.

I guess you didn't read the part where she says she doesn't want to save the world. She is only helping members of Cardschat that has been a member before May.

Shes only helping a handful of people since their site is very small. I imagine the cashouts aren't as big either.

I feel bad for this lady because now everyone is going to flood cardschat asking for help. She isn't a Lock rep and its not her job to help 2+2 members. (2+2 members already starting to whine and ask for a handout in that thread) More than likely all the extra flooding of help requests, she probably will just say the hell with it and and no more help for anyone. To add, the amount of special help received from Lock is probably limited, so adding more help requests could be counter productive.

This is sick and ridiculous. Lock Poker needs to close its doors for a good 2-3 months. Just focus on cashouts. Get them up to date then open back up.

Its about fraud. Never about cashouts.

Closing doors wont change anything if its the same people opening them back up.

Well I don't honestly believe they are trying ot screw ppl over. I think they got behind on cashouts and now dont know what to do. I think if they could get their operation up and going smoothly they would

I know they have screwed people over. I just dont theink that was there intention. I think the are so overloaded bc of how poorly they are run that they have missed ppl and messed up alot of cashouts

It's pretty sad that someone (dakota) who purportedly has no affiliation with Lock (i.e. no friends inside the company) is able to get cashouts for her members in as little as 1 day.

It just goes to show that Shane is willfully silent about the preferential treatment that is obviously still occurring and is also probably lying about his ability to expedite/ensure the 41 players (probably many more than reported) at 2+2 that have been waiting over 3+ months (as reported by nutz's VIG thread) to receive their cashouts within an acceptable timeframe.

I dont blame dakota for doing what she's doing, its just beyond sickening/infuriating actually that players are being neglected in the way they are.

(the fact that they continue to process new cashouts before clearing their backlog of months old cashouts is what is especially sickening).

Screwing people over is a choice just about all of the time imo. Its tough to do without intention. With all the info gathered lately about the number of cashouts I find it hard to believe that they missed people here and there based on reading shanes responses "between the lines." But you could be right.
