Lock reps please feel free to pm me so we can set up a deal where i promote your site. Ill tell everyone how you cured cancer. Just have to give me special cash outs like your other shills. I dont even require a salary like your pros or advert sites.

While disgusting, this is not unprecedented. Cake Poker/Juicy Stakes has been known to do the same thing for certain affiliates. Now Cardschat's dishonesty to their members has them in a tough spot. If they drop Lock their players may never get paid.

I just looked at Cardschat's top ranked US rooms. BOL is #2 and its sister site is also ranked. There is no mention of Winning Poker at all though. Clearly the site is allowing its commission to cloud its judgment.

Not money. A handout doesn't have to be money specifically.

They are joining the site and asking for help with Lock cashouts without actually being a contributing member to the forum.

Asking for something in exchange for nothing.

So you are contributing amazing knowledge to the forum which in turn lock poker rewards your amazing knowledge for quicker cash outs?

It's an outrage!

*Creates cards chat account for the sole purpose of receiving a cashout.
20 posts in 7 days seems worth the effort

Odds that Shane or anyone else associated with Lock will give a real answer (not some canned bull****) about how other people can get checks in 3 days but we have people waiting 5+ months?

Slim... I mean really, what could they possibly say that wouldn't be PR suicide at this point?

guys shane's to busy working on the backlog of payments and sending chase ups to the cashier team, hell he doesn't even have time to sign into skype or log into 2p2, you think he has time to deal with small potatoes like this.

/sarcasm over.

IamjustShame please give some response.

I seriously cannot wait for the generic "let me look into this matter" answer we get.

That's a pretty awesome thread over there. On page 8, a new poster named LuckyDude challenged the moderator (dakota-xx) about how using connections to set up a different withdrawal line effectively allows some to cut in front of others. But in response, the moderator made a strong argument for how their site had accepted Lock advertising, that people had deposited based on that endorsement, and consequently they felt a responsibility to do anything they could to help expedite cashouts for their members. Furthermore, the moderator isn't absolving Lock from blame.

And it looks like they've been able to make things happen somehow - cashouts are happening for those folks. Somehow this moderator seems to have a key contact, but s/he claims it's not a Lock person.

However, they're still accepting Lock advertising, which is pretty bad. Someone will be left holding the bag.

Well, Cardschat will be left holding a bag of money. Other than that...

CardsChat advertising is pretty ridiculous when it comes to informing potential players about real world cashout times. For a long time they had Lock and Carbon listed as 2 weeks or less. Cake at 3 weeks, all sorts of silly things that were off by a mere (minimum) factor of 4.

It makes sense for Lock to expedite CC though. CC has to be one of their bigger affiliates, and responsible for bringing in a good number of recreational players. In order to keep a Ponzi scheme alive, the Ponzi needs fresh money. The type of player CC brings in are dead money for the most part as opposed to 2+2'ers, which, very likely are net winners on the whole.

It could be possible that Shane's 'priority' list was just a ploy to find out 2+2ers accounts. It is pretty fair to say that a lot of people here on the forum know to just cashout and leave (I did). However this could just be hysteria, but who can rule out anything on lock poker..

Lol worst conspiracy theory I've heard yet on lock.

I think you're already at that point to be honest. I've been waiting for 3 months to have a deposit verified... and it will be at least another 3 before I see it in my actual bank account. 4-6 months sounds promising to me at this stage :\

At the same time I want my deposit to come through quickly, I do not want to see my friends deal with the situation. I am strongly advising all my friends to deposit their money on any site except Lock.
Eventually word of mouth will catch up to *ock Poker and they will have to make drastic changes or sink like the titanic

They already hit the proverbial iceberg bro

I don't play on Lock, but I find this completely ridiculous to give a freeroll site special treatment while 2+2 has a sponsored sub-forum for Lock. I really want to create a CardsChat account and give them a piece of my mind.
