Just curious, will customer support be out today and tommorow? I have been trying to contact them via email and live support and neither seems to be up.
They might be. And if so that sucks! I made a deposit via WU. Says it was accepted and would be available shortly. That was 6 hrs ago. No response to email and live chat is routing you to emailing them.

I received an Email from Shane this morning letting me know he chased down cashier support for me. Pretty cool thing of him to do on Christmas Morning. (Thanks Shane, Merry Christmas!).
Few minutes later I received an email from Support saying that they are waiting on their processor to verify my deposit. Its been almost 24hrs.
I wish they would just let us know that services would be down or slow for the holidays. I have a feeling I'm not going to see my deposit until after the new year. (at least after Christmas).
Really sucks because I wanted to play while I have time off to do so. I could have put some cash on another site where they would have actually processed it. Since Lock didn't communicate with us that they would be a ghost town over the holidays, my money is stuck in WU limbo.
I just received this email from support: Nice to have such prompt service. Very much appreciated and definitely helps with the frustration of not being able to play.
