To be honest people I'm sick and tired of these sensationalist titles in these posts. If you have an issue like the one stated above state it in an accurate and professional manner without lobbing scathing insults at Lock Poker.

I understand that there have been issues and what not but when you come on this board with titles like "Lock Steals Tournament Tickets" "Lock Blackmails One of Its Biggest Players" it's not productive.

Just say Issue with Missing Tournament Tickets (Urgent) Something to that effect. We all have money on this site and these ridiculous accusations are driving the price of Lock $ down in the forums and isolating us from support.

Lock money isn't worth over .8 because they take forever with ROW cashouts. If they made those a priority then it would be worth a lot more. Nobody comes to this forum and sees a thread title and decides not to buy lock.

I did not ask for my tournament tickets to go missing for months.

It is an actual problem happening on the network.

It is not a problem i caused, nor do i want to have to waste my time addressing it.

No, i do not want my the value of my lock funds drivin down.

It would take a support agent not even a minute to reimburse me for my tickets, but it's going on months now.

And to the post above me, your post title sucks. I didn't say not to bring it up in the forums but to accuse them of literally attempting to steal from you is ridiculous. Obviously the software has some kinks and the customer support is slow and annoying with their copy paste emails.

I gave this crooked site months to solve this incredibly simple issue. I have also spent a great deal of my time trying to get reimbursed. Idk what else to tell you. Lock poker took my tournament tickets that cost me money to win, and they wont reimburse me. That is stealing.

It's just amazing that you point the finger at the victims instead of the people responsible for it. Just amazing.

Mostly agreed with OP, people overreact on most things, and don't even give Lock the time to fix the issue in most cases. Some patience would go a long way.

That being said, i do think Lock has kind of brought this onto theirselves with the multitude of issues for a long time, and the length of their cashout times.

Length of cashout times alone just simply brings forth a state of "unrest" and untrustworthiness into people.

I've been around since 2005 as well. Just when the forums were hacked I never logged back into my old account. I'm not accusing him of not being a stand up person and I obviously don't know the story with his problems, but I just think flinging accusations of the site stealing from him is not productive.

Everyone is complaining about Lock and how bad it is, but why do we play there? Because online poker is ILLEGAL in America, or close enough to it. You can't expect the level of professionalism and organization you would out of a corporate business trading on the NYSE. Have patience, send emails trying to get your situation resolved, be specific, and hopefully they will get to it.

See, now that's why I added the "not casting aspersions" part...never even looked at your stats/profile. I actually enjoy & respect the heck outa most of your posts. A good chunk of the time they are not only inciteful but absolutely hilarious.
