why doesn't Lock put another representative on this site? I mean it would really help with their terrible customer support and overall probably a good investment atleast until their site stabilizes. You gotta wonder who even runs this company

if anything the Intertops move was great. The US government will leave them alone, the cashouts will be smoother since they have less US cashouts to handle, and overall their site is above and beyond Lock. Clearly Intertops is the best solution

Yeah, that's why I'm giving up on Lock if they don't get their act together by July 1st. I'd like to play on Lock because the promos are drastically better and I love the Vault idea, BUT I can't wait forever for them to make things tolerable. Gonna be leaving for Intertops and a bit on Winning network if this doesn't work out.

IF as a US player, you have already opened an account. Yep, the promos REALLY look good on Lock, but I never got that warm and fuzzy to deposit. And nothing beats the support on Intertops.

Things change, I'll come back to Lock, but that looks like WAY down the road. PS, they have a LOT more US cash outs than pre move.

Once my problems get fixed (Missing Ronin payments, deposit bonus issues, and vip pts exchange issues) ill have no problem putting volume on Lock even with there less then par software, the bonuses / ronin (WHEN APPLIED) more then make up for it. Lock has helped me figure out 2 of 3 problems, granted it took them 3 weeks and the VIP exchange pts I just wrote off, this combined with certain people not getting paid for Ronin because of affiliate (i'm not complaining about this, its perfectly understandable from there point of view) but if your not getting anything extra from your affiliate then there is no point in staying, way to much of a hassle to get things done and without Ronin just isn't worth it. When you can go to another skin and just grind instead of having to chase down support for your problems.

I was Black Ops (earned this month was on RB on merge) fwiw.
