I started once it hit midnight and raked about 60 dollars. Then the next day I saw that my name was not on any list, either regular prize level or nexus levels, so then I proceeded to send Shane an e-mail. He hasn't even gave me the decency to tell me whether or not the rake that I'm accumulating now will count or if its for not. I also start a lot of the nexus tables. I'm a vip member, not rake back, I understand that its double for rake back, on my stats sheet it says I've accumulated roughly 1600 in gaming revenue for this month.

Its sad, but it seems you get a quicker response if you post on the forums,or at least your heard instead of totally ignored. I know some of you may start flaming fake money, why give money to lock, I really don't need to hear the above, I would just like this to get fixed. Also they really have false advertisement on the admin page, it says free holdem manager 2for black and elite members, but that code expired May 4th, I talked to Shane like 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back.

What if they don't fix it? are you going to stop playing?

Or would you cash out?

I like alot of people on here, have a pending cashout, I started playing seriously on here a few months ago, I would considerably drop the amount I play, I would still play however.

You did the right thing to make it public, there isnt much incentive for lock to respond to your private emails when they are infact private. Making it public at least gives them a decision on whether to respond to your request and exhibit customer support or ignore it.

Yeah, not sure about the rake chase, but if you started playing from day 1 you should have been credited.

As for the HEM2 code, I just downloaded HEM2 through the Lock admin page then generated the Promo Code. But there is no place to input the promo code. It asks for a serial, but the promo code wont work. I use PT4, so I don't care, but they should have this working.

There is, but lock just does a terrible job of explaining on how to do it. What you do is add holdem manager 2 to your cart, and when you do a new page loads and there is a spot for promotional codes, and then you will get the message that the promotional code is not currently active.

So, customer support won't respond to you at all.

You aren't getting credit for prizes in the rake chase.

You have a pending cashout which will take a minimum of 6 months to get (if ever)

The free HEM software isn't free...because the code isn't updated.

But you are going to continue to play there because you "like some people"

Tried it, you are correct, promo code doesn't work. Now that I can't have HEM2, I kinda want to try it, so I'm gonna fire off and email and see what I come up with.

HM2 is def worth it's money. I had it since the beta and would never use PT4 or any other software again. Well, I use PokerEduManager as well but for table stats and HUD I take HM2 over any other tracker any time.

If you can get it through VIP on Lock it's def worth shooting them an email to see if you can get a licence key from them. If not then do the 30 days trial anyway. You never know you might end up buying it.

I'll check it out. I liked HEM1, but for whatever reason went with PT4, which is way better then HEM1. I can probably set it up so all hands are in both so I can take advantage of both their strengths. But first got to get a code, which appears to be a long shot.

They finally resolved the issue, and now I appear now, I'll start back up the grind.

Yeah you can setup both to import from the same folder. I store all my hands in a dropbox folder and the wifes are synced to a dropbox folder too from which I can basically import and view her hands as they happen

If you end up getting HM2 I'd recommend that you put up a few $ extra and get the NoteCaddy plugin too.

Let us know if you hear anything back, I am interested in this as well. I just had no luck on my end.

what did you hear on the promo code? And i'm on rakeback currently and have raked ~2k this month so far, have reached out to 3-4 people and not 1 of them can help me with moving over to vip . I haven't even seen shane on skype for a few days.

shane took care of this, gonna follow up on hm2 promo also.

fwiw i followed it up with hem people they don't even have any of the numbers generated from lock in there database, meaning no matter what lock does unless they get in contact with Hem support we aren't gonna be seeing any HM2 for being black / black elite.

This makes sense, all Lock Poker really should have to do is list up those players who are black / black elite and order the same # of HEM reg keys and distribute them to those players.

But remember, due to the DOJ and regulations Lock will probably take up to 2 months to just get copies of HEM (so they'd say)

Instead of handing out the free huds (who makes black and black elite without 1 really?) ill take the cash value equivalent thanks shane.

I still have original holdem manager and that is just small stakes, would definitely enjoy a free holdem manager 2.

Some of the Nexus tables are showing up as "grind for glory" in my admin reports and therefore I am not receiving credit for the play from these tables for the Nexus rakeback challenge. I brought this to Lock's attention 2 weeks ago they acknowledged the issue but it is still not resolved and I have not received a response other than their acknowledgement that they are aware of the issue.

How you have checked that the rake on those tables dont count for the Nexus Table Levels?

I decided to email lock support after not getting any help or any further clarification on the holdem manager 2 ordeal. They said that promotions team would get back to me, so I wait a week and then message lock support again, and they say that the promotions team will be back with me asap. Well it has been three more days and I have heard nothing. Lock can't do anything even in a half a$$ manner.
