Yea, that's definitely weird. They really should fix this soon or at least give
a good reason for those huge differences.

I said I'll keep you informed so here it is.
Thursday my Neteller withdrawal arrived after 13 or 14 business days. Looks like they at least are in the 7-14 business days frame that Shane said.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

I asked for a withdrawel to my skrill/Moneybookers account: 2012-08-05 12:32:50 PM DF-Moneybookers Withdrawal Requested

And the money arrived today: 11 Aug 12 20:13 Receive Money from support@jdbservicesnv.com

That is 6 days to moneybookers. If you compare that to the eurosites i usually play on: unibet, Mermaid, ongame skins etc. That is actually around the same amount of time, so it is definately getting better!

Re-depositting again to start grinding from tomorrow, im happy with the site and response time now.

Finally arrived overnight. Also shout out to John in support who switched my account over to rakeback in the space of an hour. Despite requesting this about a month ago.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

July 18th : I make initial request for payout to Skrill account. I live in Canada.

August 2nd : Received email notification that it had been processed.

Waited and waited for over a week for funds to arrive in Skrill account. No funds ever arrived.

August 12th: After several unanswered emails to support and cashier, I got notification from "Elle" at Support that she was sure funds were sent, but indicated that they were sent to an account id which was similar to my account id but it was missing a character.

So obviously the funds didn't go to my account. And just to be sure, I checked, and no one else has the email/account id that it was apparently sent to either so it didn't go to anyone else's account by mistake either. There is no such account/email address.

August 17th: Today, one day short of a month since my request for payout.
15 days since I received an email that the request had been processed.
5 days since I notified Support/Cashier that there was an error.
Result to date: "Essentially Hurry up and wait, we're working on it."

I see on the two plus two poker forum that many others are getting their funds in as little as a few days. I've contacted Shane who just repeats what support keeps telling me. They're working on it. Obviously they are not working on it because if they were, I would have my money by now. I'm waiting on over 7k

There was obviously an error made. I acknowledge that mistakes happen but when they do, and the customer involved has already waited for a month, isn't it reasonable to expect that such a customer should have his payout request moved to the front of the line and expedited??

It's a lot easier to keep an existing customer than to get a new one, but I guess Lock has never heard of that rule of business. Very dissappointed, and STILL waiting and hoping.

Re: [Non-US-Players] Cashout tracking and discussion thread

First of all, let me say I don't have any inside information other than my observations but if I had money in Lock and/or was waiting for a payout, I would be worried....very worried. Why you ask? For the past several weeks, at least, about 90% of their large to medium buy-in MTT's have less player buy-in's than it takes to cover the guarantee. They are losing thousands on every tournament! Obviously they can't continue on like this for long. And if you are waiting on money it might be because they are shuffling around their cash to try to stay afloat. I predict that they are going under and soon. The amount of players in ring games is dramatically down in the past few weeks too. Things have not improved since leaving Merge...they've become much worse. Don't say I didn't warn you. Have fun boys!
