hi im a rb player, and i usually get rb every hour or so. played a bit earlier and just finished up another session now, and haven't received anything for today. just a delay?

Check your vault, in there will be a "transactions" button. Did it give you a VIP payment instead? (Even though I am rakeback) I had that problem, as well as a couple other people. Shane was able to quickly get it sorted for me, and my rakeback was credited.

i always keep an eye on my balance whether its in playable balance or in the vault.

usually i receive rakeback throughout my session. Yesterday i had received none by the time i was done but it was paid in full overnight. slightly delayed but still better than weekly.

I just spoke to the devs and there is no known issue here.

If anyone who hasn't got their rakeback payments can email me their details I can send this over to the devs to investigate.

There is also slight change to the way rakeback payments are paid. They are still paid hourly but it is only paid after a tournament is completed or a player leaves a ring game. There is a new post about this here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/19.../#post36263535

Wasn't getting my rb for a few days late last week, then looked like a bunch came through at once (backed up?). Now for a day or 2 haven't gotten any.. will email you if it doesn't come through in another day or two. Seems like a few people are having this issue, so maybe related to the change in rb/ vip payments?

I haven't received my cashback transactions in the vault either. I finished my session 5 hours ago. It's unusual.

For now I'll just wait and see if they show.

Got my rb today for last few days.

I had one lump sum transaction this morning for yesterday's session.

Same here. It probably had to do with them implementing the new payout system (going from paying every hour ---> now paying the hour after you complete your session)

I have been receiving rakeback throughout the day following the "new schedule"

Received all my rakeback payments from the last few days today. Some of them are listed as being received yesterday, but they didn't show up until 2 hours ago.

It only took 4 days for them to fix it, which I feel is lightning fast for them considering everything else I've had to deal with them about.

My rakeback came through eventually too, so figured I'd update. Hopefully, this issue is resolved for everyone.
