We are happy to announced our own poker forum accessible in the player admin. https://admin.lockpoker.eu

This will enable us more effectively deal with player concerns in a more direct way with all posts linked to the player’s Lock account. This will be available to active players with a minimum GGR requirement.

All future questions and concerns should be directed to Lock’s forums.

We have advised the owners of 2+2 of our departure and let them know we will no longer be participating in this forum.

What is the minimum GGR to participate in the forum?
08-05-2013 , 01:13 PM
Lock takes another step backwards.

You were the only link between Lock and the outside world. You may not always provide what many believe are the best answers, but it was better than nothing. Lock could turn the tides and if withdraws return to normalcy there wouldn't be nearly as much bashing here on twoplustwo.

The best move, imo, is to continue representing Lock at twoplustwo and to have people with direct concerns with their Lock accounts to contact through the player admin portal. This way you don't have to continually link your email here at twoplustwo and it decreases the effort to pair the customer with the right department.

I hope this forum continues to exist so new players don't accidentally find themselves and their money in the Lock Triangle because of less places to go to research the site. Players w/ GGR minimums can relay information I'm sure to the forums on twoplustwo (regardless of if Lock tries to keep the information private).

It's clear to me that it's to prevent people who are trying to do good for the community but don't play on Lock from coming by to expose their BS.

The comments from imjustshane have been almost all worthless anyways so it's not like it will be anything different over here. People will still discuss Lock stuff just now Lock feels they can hide from commenting in a big community that will rip them to shreds.

Another step towards their demise.

GL to everyone with money still there, hope you can get it off before they run. Well played Lock, run and hide.

Lol.

Yes, it was the simple issue that user names on here don't match up to user names on Lock that caused Lock's WOAT customer service.

Seriously, I hope Lock crashes and burns and you with it. You're a disgrace to the poker community. You actively make things worse for players.

Will joseph be leaving the forum as well?

You left out the T&C that Lock has the right to suspend any account that it feels is negative to the site. Welcome to Syria.

Lock demonstrating it's cowardice while openly flaunting scumbag tactics aimed at decreasing honest customer service. **** you, Shane.
08-05-2013 , 02:32 PM
Shane

You are and always will be a piece of ****!

Thanks to Jah Onion, Mike Haven SGT RJ, Nutz, and the many great posters in the questions thread that have exposed you scumbags for what you truly are. A Ponzi scheme. If anyone had any doubts what they are up to just read Q6. They are quoting unsuspecting new customers 4-5 week cash outs, when they cant pay existing customers. They are broke, but they need a new round of unsuspecting victims to con. So they are packing up the wagons and leaving town. Keep this thread forum alive so this cant happen.

Again to Lock, Jen, and Shane- A heartfelt **** YOU!!!!

I would hope people who are owed money would follow the lead of Nguenning aka "Facebook Spamming Guy". Make their lives difficult. I feel truly bad for anyone still owed money. Keep posting here so the word still gets out to the unsuspecting victims of these parasites.

Lock takes the low road again -- what a shocker!

I hope this forum is allowed to remain in some capacity to expose these scumbags to the poker world.

Everyone should complain about their cashouts that are waiting in their forum, I imagine that they will probably delete them.
08-05-2013 , 03:13 PM

looks like they have to approve your post in order to show up LOL

I tried to make a thread over there, got an error message. I tried to comment on an existing thread, got an error message. Well done Lock, you've found your best method yet for cutting down on complaints by not allowing anyone to complain. What a well run company.

I got the same error message, but the post went through. However on the 2nd post I made about western union withdrawals, that post has been waiting moderator approval for over an hour...

ridiculously weak

come on guys

Jen Larson finally wised up and realized that Shane's disinformation campaign on 2+2 was a failure, and that the Lock forum here was driving people away from their scam site, rather than easing anyone's fears.

Terrible.

I really hope that everyone involved in this cluster-F ends up in prison.

Probably won't happen, but that's what they deserve.

You should be ashamed of yourself shane. Is this what you think your parents wanted for you? Do you think they wanted their son to grow up to be the frontman for a ponzi scheme that stole money from people? EVERYONE at lock will get whats coming to them one day.

LOL....join the ranks of mintedneil and run away.

Have to just create a lock information site about this and SEO stuff it.....
