I have had an issue with trying to get verified. I made my first deposit by moneygram. When i went to make a second deposit by credit card, my account was blocked from depositing and asked to fill out verification. I filled out the form and sent in the CC portion even though i have not yet completed the deposit. This issue has been going on since before 3/15 a week now. My account name is FlyinWildcat on lock. Im on at least day 4 with the verification docs. Repeated emails to cust service have no avail and has been very hit and miss not able to play : (

Please help me out, i would like to cancel my payout request that i made on lock for withdraw by courier check, i would like to cancel it but i cant cuz it has already been processed noone is helping me out from support, it has been a couple of days , please help. Would greatly appreciate it.

I think you already e-mailed me, but if not please PM or e-mail me (rizen@lockpoker.com) with your username/e-mail and I'll get someone from the cashier team in touch with you ASAP. To be up front though, once payouts are approved and processed it is often too late to cancel.

Ok I have been defending lock for a while now, but they finnaly have made me pretty mad. I cancelled a $2,500 cashout because I went bust. They sent it to the casino side and when I tried to transfer it, I got an error message saying I had exceeded monthly transfer limit. This was yesterday, I've sent emails to support and pms the reps on here and have yet to get anywhere. I did get a pm from Rizen saying he would forward it to support. Its my money why cant i move it whereever I want it. Not to mention the fact that they are the ones who sent it to the casino after I cancelled the c/o. I am ready to start my daily mtt grind and cant because of this. Guess Ill just go lose it all playing 3 card since that probably what they want.

Have had my withdraw pending since 4/29! They tell me it will only take 4 weeks. Its almost been two months, I have no idea what I should do how long it will take.
