The times listed are what Lock expects it to take once everything is running smoothly. I'd assume the delay is due to the third party processor adjusting to all the new requests. Remember when it was Merge and it was taking 6-8 weeks? Checks are a little faster now (though a batch bounced last month) but many are going through in 3-4 weeks. That's better. Let's give the bank transfers a little more time too. I enrolled in a new bank account and am going to take a stab today

so compared to the other merge skins,. lock is the best option over all when it comes to deposits and payouts with in them

Seriously. Granted, I was always happy when I got wires from Stars, but the new online poker world when you're withdrawing money then praying it comes, since you really don't know for sure.

It has been over 1 week since i requested a wire transfer and still no money in my account, please help expedite my transfer, it says on my account that the transfer has been processed. I am not satasfied with this kind of support please help me out here bro.

CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME INFO ON HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE MONEYGRAM TO GET TO YOUR ACCOUNT ??? I SWITCHED FROM CARBON TO LOCK BECAUSE OF THE GOOD THINGS I WAS HEARING ABOUT THE CASHIER.. BEEN HERE 3 DAYS AND I AM ABOUT TO GIVE UP.. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE DEPOSITING OR GETTING HELP FROM SUPPORT.. WE US PLAYERS SHOULD BE GETTING BETTER SERVICE THAN WHAT WE ARE GETTING IF WE ARE WILLING TO PUT FUNDS IN THESE SITES.. AM I WRONG ??????

I cancelled my last transfer that didn't go thru and sent another via MG... It must have looked shady as **** because the lady would't stop telling me about all the scams from other countries. Should we keep sending, cancel and then resending when this **** doesn't work ? Or should I just find another hobby until the government gives us the right to bet our own money ?

I still havent received a response from lock, still waiting for my wire, it has been processed since the 6th yet i see no clear cut time to expect to get it. , all ive gotten is vague answers like
you should receive your funds early this week, i would really like to be able to know exact dates rather then these vague answers to my questions. I am starting to doubt that ill see my money anytime soon on this lock site. I honestly have been as patient as i could be through this process.

This site is an absolute JOKE. I switched from Carbon because like others I heard some BS that they had good customer servie and quicker paidouts. Well fkk it is now 12 days since I sent my verification in (and on the 2nd day after i emailed lock support again)- I get a response that said it will send it to security and it would take 1-3 days to verify. Well it is now 9 days later and still I havent gotten a response. It seems I made a terrible mistake switching from Carbon. At least they gave you very good customer service and responded quickly... Rizen perhaps you can see why this is taking so long....I sent all the necessary documents and will not deposit on this site till it is verified. Really will go back to Carbon...

This is typical. Reps can't get anything done with pushing through withdrawals (as well as usually ignoring your PMs and emails completely), but they are excellent at getting things done in order to facilitate a deposit. DON'T DEPOSIT ON LOCK. They promise bank transfers in 24 to 48 hours, and I have been waiting on mine since 2/28.

Rizen doesn't respond to your emails or PMs in a timely manner if at all. He usually responds a third of the time at best, and he has facilitated NOTHING in getting my bank transfer from 2/28. Oh yeah, and Shane is even worse.
