anyone have any information on this bank transfer option that has suddenly appeared? Is this a bank wire? why do cashout options seem to be changing like everyday?

I also agree about options changing everyday. It's also a pain to log in online to see updates on cashouts rather that having it included in the software client. Am I missing something?

my check option has dissapeared as well...I am US player..al that is left is WU and Ecocard..WU only allows 250 max at 10 percent???? rediculous. And it asks me for that SWIFT code and i dont know if my bank has that. Anyone use TD bank in US? do they have swift code? AHHHHHHHHHH why does lock keep changing

Hi, apparently I cannot withdraw.

This problem has persisted over several days and I have tried different browsers, if it's on my end somehow I have no idea what it could be. Everything works fine right up until type in my "withdraw amount" and click the withdraw button, then the page loads for a very long time and then times out.

I'm emailing support but suggestions could be helpful.

TD should. All major US banks have SWIFT codes. Just call your bank.

I requested a bank wire on Saturday (2/25) and it was processed yesterday (2/26) at 12:00pm. However, as of right now (2/27, 3:50pm, 28 hours later) the money has not appeared in my bank account.

This is worrisome.

Edit: And obviously support is not responding.

2nd Edit: Actually got a response from support! They said that once processed, the money should appear within 48 hours, so let's all keep our fingers crossed. For me.

I sent via PM but just in case someone else is wondering if it can be cancelled via the cashier there is no fee for that. If for some reason the check had already been processed and couldn't be cancelled via the cashier I'm actually not 100% sure what the process for that is.

First of all, I'm quite upset so will say that up front. I was assured by support on the 23rd that my bank wire (requested 2/6 when wire transfer option went live) would be in my account within 2-3 weeks of when it was requested. Today marks 3 weeks and I get the below email.

Well, guess what? THE FUNDS ARE NOT IN MY CASINO ACCOUNT.

I was expecting to have my hands on this money already and this is really becoming ridiculous. If I had known the new processor would be so incompetent and customer service so very unhelpful I would have paid my usual 7% vig and had my hands on this money weeks ago.

Rizen, I have already reached out to my affiliate to get this addressed by Jen. Can you look into it as well? SN Zorandar if you need that. The total amount of my bank wire withdrawal request was $5,740.98.

Can't even begin to fathom how upset I am atm...

i cant seem to transfer money back to my poker account... it says exceeds daily transfer limit! wtf is this??? now my funds are stuck in the casino and i cant even play poker?

Mine was processed over 48 hours ago (on Sat) and I have not received it yet. I am guessing they are referring to 2 business days?

There needs to be more communication with this new bank transfer option, i.e. a confirmation number/follow up email. And it would be nice if they gave a ballpark estimate of how long it would take. Probably not a good thing if people have to resort to posting on 2+2 to find out this info.

Well, it's been 48 hours and still no money. Nobody else has actually received the bank transfer they requested yet, right?
