if a bank wire payout is listed as 'Authorized' in my cashier, does this mean it will go through ?

has anyone successfully received a bank wire through lock poker ? thanks

when I go to my cashier I get a blank screen, I have tried multiple computers, browsers, and my phone, all becomes a blank white screen after I log in.

I've been sending emails to support and rizen and can't get a response from anyone.

Seriously, WTF at the new cashier? Shouldn't you have tested it before you launched it? My issues:
1. I no longer have Skrill as a withdrawal option. I'm pretty sure it was an option before.
2. I can only withdraw $2,500 max via EcoCard. CARBON lets me withdraw $100,000. Now I'm afraid you are going to send the transfer via the same friggin pony express system that they use for US cheques, and it's going to take 2-3 weeks, instead of the usual 24 hours (it's already been 29 hours and nothing).
3. I got the same BS error preventing me from DEPOSITING AND WITHDRAWING because of that ******ed casino bonus. Since when should having that worthless casino bonus prevent me from DEPOSITING? Really? This makes sense to you? So I had to waste my time looking on the internet to download the casino client to plop down the whole thing on roulette so I can just get rid of it. Didn't win obviously. I hope you fire the moron who decided this was a good way to sucker people into playing at your casino.

I've already decided to close my account, but I would you to fix these issues so I can get my money faster.

still not working, still no response from support, rizen, rizen pm's, etc, wtf is this lock?

I'm used to RPM's support who would have me fixed within hours of contacting them, come the **** on, this isn't a small problem, I can't xfer or cashout!!!

LoL well I just cashed out $251 on lock (Courier check casino) and its out of my account, yet theirs no history of it nor any confirmation email.. And they wont even return my emails.. FML

i don't know, but was under the impression the minimum for checks was $500; maybe that's the issue

Really? i read rizen say it was $100 poker and $150 casino i could sworn somewhere. You would think the minimum would be clear as you attempt it anyways so i doubt its the issue but not 100% sure..

1) my understanding is that you have to make a min deposit in the new cashier then Skrill shows up as an option

2) I believe the EcoCard limits were raised, if yours are still showing as less please PM me your info and I'll have them look into it.

3) Just e-mail support and ask to have your bonus removed if you don't want it. They'll opt you out and cancel the rest of your bonus. If you don't want it removed then yes, you have to play through it first. I don't have any first hand knowledge of this, but I've been told it can be cleared rather quickly.

A few days ago it showed that there was a bank wire option. I checked today and now that is not an option. Any reason behind this?

For the bank transfer option, it requires a SWIFT code. My bank does not have one. Am I just out of luck? They have different instructions for receiving incoming wire transfers. What happened to just providing a routing code and account number?

What the other poster said, but if your bank can accept incoming international wires it should have a SWIFT code. All major banks I know do. The only ones I know that don't are smaller community banks and credit unions.

For example I bank at one major bank that I use for most of my poker stuff (since it has branches in Las Vegas and other places I go to for poker and can accept international wires) and then I use a local credit union for other things since I get better interest, service, etc.

You can ask your bank what the SWIFT code is and they sould be able to either give it to you or let you know they can't accept incoming international transfers at which point you'll either have to set up a different account at one that does or use a different withdrawal method.

It is a credit union, and it says on their website they do not have a SWIFT code. I suppose I will just request a check.

Mine either, I also lost bank wires a few days ago.

Black level, from canada, and the only option is western union or eco card.. lol

I'm so confused. I requested a check by courier over 2 weeks ago. Got an email from support to do verification paperwork 1 week ago. Have been away and got back today to check status. The requested amount is now back in my account and the check option gone from by cashier. WTF is going on? This is shady! Can anyone help me? I already emailed support so we will see what they say.

Rizen can you offer any help?

Is the Lock Cashier 100% independent from other Merge skins?

If my cashout is processing from a different skin, will this effect the speed of my LOCK cashouts?
