Not entirely true. They added Ronin to it. When they did that they could have started pulling the other ones. If they didn't want to remove it then they could have added a disclaimer at the bottom "expires May 30" simply because they knew they would be too lazy to get to it later.
I agree it has more to do with not caring than anything else. But it is alarming for them to care so little about something like that. It's their own website. Which is what people look that.
This customer went out of his way to check the site's promo pages and learn what was going on. And then followed their instructions of digging up the HH# and emailing it in when he landed one. Nothing in this at all is his fault. 100% of this is Lock's fault.
I've been on them about this website stuff for awhile. It's not hard.
And when it is containing promos that no longer apply then it is misleading and disingenuous to the customers.
Lock still has it on their site. They absolutely should pay up for the Royal.
