Re: my whole roll blinded off while I was sleeping in a cash game, help!
I'm kind of surprised so many doubt OP.
No offense to merge but their software isn't exactly top notch.
I wouldn't be surprised if the "fold to any bet" bet was stuck without merge keys or any other interference.
I opened up a table just to try it out and though it didn't stay checked over multiple hands it does stay checked over multiple streets which IMO is a massive problem.
You check it preflop and it checks all the way down or folds to the first bet.

That's what it's supposed to do? I mean, what else would you expect the "fold to any bet" option to do for you if not, you know, fold. to. any. bet.
On any site that I have played on the FTAB option has worked the exact same way throughout the hand on every street up until the next hand begins, when it is unchecked. If you don't like this option then don't click it - How is this a massive problem?
I realize you'd prefer that it'd uncheck after every street, but this is not how FTAB works and afaik doesn't on any other major site.

If anyone has had a similar issue and you use MergeKeys, please PM me or shoot me a message at Support@RunBetterPoker.com. I've had no reports of this behavior and on the off chance that MK does in fact have something to do with this, I'd like to get it fixed immediately.

I concluded that too. In one hand the SB folded to you, after that rucrz2holdem raised every button until you were left with $2.

Re: my whole roll blinded off while I was sleeping in a cash game, help!
Not that anyone cares about my opinion, but my accusation of lies was early in the thread, before any real proof or HH was shown, and I only took a real precursory look at PTR and the limits and times seemed off, but most of that was explained.
But OP - your communication skills sucked to be honest the first 5 pages of your thread, and things you kept saying didn't add up. None of this helped your cause in the court of public opinion, which in the long run doesn't matter, but you gotta see how people were skeptical. Instead of getting defensive, answering everyone's questions would be better than just getting ticked off at the trolls and flamers.
So good luck OP..it sounds like Rizen is helping you, which is good cause even though Lock has done some shady things in the past, Rizen seems like a genuinely nice and helpful rep.

my communication skills may suck, but u need to learn how to use PTR before u make accusations about me lying, all the info was there in the OP, and u still called me a liar, I cant help that PTR lists the session as 4-10 limit poker instead of 5-10 use a little common sense next time, why would someone lie about something like this?

Seriously, stop being so butthurt about this. This is a problem between you and Lock. Find some hard evidence that this is in fact a software glitch and then you have a pressing legitimate that warrants being shared. If you're pissed at Lock, bring it up with their CS or Rizen.
You posted your problem on a public forum. Therefore it is open to other's interpretations and opinions. Instead of spending all your time arguing with them, focus on your precious $250.
What do you want from me? A personal hallmark card apology for saying "lies ITT imho"? Well, you're gonna be waiting a long time for it. Seriously, get over yourself.
Please don't EVER PM me or directly contact me ever again. I really don't give a hoot about you, your problems, or your $250.
If you have a reply to a comment I left ITT, leave it here, don't PM me.
Whatever

Re: my whole roll blinded off while I was sleeping in a cash game, help!
Anyone looking for rakeback conspiracies for op somehow doing this intentionally or simply blindly believing that lock's investigation on this is rock solid proof should please stop posting on 2+2 forever.
This thread is about the most ridiculous debate ever. It is possible the glitch is somehow in op's computer but to put any blame at all for him on this or accuse him of being irresponsible for having this happen is completely ludicrous.
Fwiw, I immediately suspected it was a glitch with fold to any bet somehow remaining checked across hands. That has never happened to me, but merge software can be glitchy and anyone who would be surprised by something like this hasnt been paying attention.
The other theory is somehow mouse hovering over fold button and somehow enter button was stuck or pressed down. I use an external numeric keypad on my laptop. Sometimes if I get up and leave both on the couch, the corner of the computer might slide or get lodged on top of the keypad somehow....and then when I come back I get a screen full of 33333333333333333 all the way across because it was pressing that button the whole time.

I know that some poker players like to be complete *******s for no reason on forums, but seriously what is wrong with you?
What did they do to you? It's 2012 and going to a psychotherapist for help is completely standard. Stop displacing your misery on others and deal with your ****ing problems.
Best of luck OP.

You did call OP a liar. You did NOT do very much research before doing so.
OP did NOT ask for an apology. OP probably just didn't want to derail the thread.

This part is ironic.
My interpretation and opinion is that you are an angry little man.

I can recall 2 hu sessions to be exact that while in the middle of it on one of the tables my hands would be folded while in the bb or btn. never reported it btw.

Re: my whole roll blinded off while I was sleeping in a cash game, help!
Firstly I just want to address the "Fold to any bet" theories.
Even if the "Fold to any bet" feature had locked on for some reason the player would still time out on other decisions. Since some of the play in this session was 4 handed he would have timed out and been sat out very quickly unless there was input being received from his end. Not only was he folding to any bet, he was also folding when he had no chips in the middle.
As far as OP goes, Merge stands by their original investigation but since Rizen was able to vouch for OP we have decided to credit his vault as a gesture of goodwill and put an end to this.

Shane, the hand OP posted with AA in the BB is proof enough that something was wrong at that table. I'm glad Rizen credited his account but Merge's investigation is clearly flawed in this case. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any other players because the player might not get a "goodwill gesture".

We acknowledge that there are hands folded that a player sitting at the table wouldn't fold, however the OP clearly states he wasn't at his computer in which case he would time out on the first decision after he walked away from his computer and would then be sat out.
The evidence as it stands is a player folding every hand for a few hours and database logs showing the player was continually selecting the option to fold.
