Well here is my story......on sunday morning feb 12th I started playing a session around 3 am or so, at exactly 4:51 AM I received a phone call, so I quickly closed the table or so I thought and went into my bedroom to talk on the phone and then headed to bed after the call without going back to the computer. I usually just leave my computer running at night and the lock poker client open. I woke up around noon and went to start playing the sunday tournies and was shocked to see my account 250 dollars less than what it was when I went to bed, that was the full amount I had on the table when I went to bed, not sure if this matters but I was playing 5-10 limit poker. This was actually my first time ever playing a cash game on lock poker, not the best experience to say the least. I've been playing online cards for 8 years from party poker to paradise to pokerstars/ftp and have played many cash games in the past, and if I leave the computer I would just time out and then be sitting out and eventually just removed from the table without losing any money in blinds unless I was in a blind at the time. So I really couldnt believe I was blinded away in a cash game, I thought that only happened in tournies, even If I didnt X out the table like I thought I did my money should not have been taken like that.

I feel ripped off and I cant get a response from support, I emailed them at noon on sunday originally thinking I had possibly been hacked I couldnt understand where the money went, support never got back to me. I then went thru the HH and saw that I had never left the table, I feel like I should be reimbursed for this money by lock poker I should have timed out and not lost any money, I dont know if it was a glitch in their system or if they normally blind people out in a limit cash game, which if thats the case that is absurd. If anyone has any advice or a similar experience I would really appreciate the help....my rakeback affilliate had asked me if I used merge keys, and I explained to him I dont, it was my first time playing cash on merge, It can be 100% verified I never touched my mouse after 4:51 am, I went thru the HH and saw many hands where I open folded hands like AK and other big hands that I woulda never done, help please!

sounds bad, although I think I've done the same thing and haven't lost any money. Are you running any 3rd party programs? I know table ninja has a feature that makes it so u don't sit out.

Let me get this straight, you had your WHOLE roll on one table and want sympathy? Maybe your bot ran into a decent player. On a serious note, start with the screenname.

where did I say this was my whole roll? my name is Jwilkinson on lock poker, u can check my tournament stats on OPR, and my cash stats because that was the first time Ive ever played cash and just started on this site right around dec 30th, and Im not looking for sympathy, my rakeback affiliate directed me to this part of the forum and told me I could get the ball rolling to be compensated for what happened.

Like I said it was my first time playing a cash game, I dont use any programs that would enable me to stay seated. I wouldnt know how, I just play tournies.

According to PTR you have 0 hands at 5/10 limit holdem.



I almost never play limit, so just to test your theory I just sat at a 1/2 limit table. My auto blinds box was checked. I played 2 full orbits, then stepped away from my computer for a few min. The software sat me out, and then kicked me off the table a few more minutes after that.

Ok well I meant my whole roll in my regular account, I have money in the vault that I dont touch.....I hit a few big scores lately in tournaments, there is no reason for me to lie over 250 dollars when I've profited nearly 10 thousand dollars in tournies since I started playing this site a couple months ago, as for the guy saying there is 0 hands listed at 5-10limit, I will let support be the judge of that. In 6 years on this site I have 125 or so posts, Im not the type to go around lying and making things up.

I love how instead of people trying to help they want to prove that I'm lying, thats whats wrong with poker players and ppl on internet poker forums. I think a glitch in the system may have occurred that night, I dont see any other explanation as to why I could have been blinded off in a cash game.

edit: i just checked PTR and for some reason it lists the sessions I played on feb 12th as 4/10 limit for -212 dollars, I was up to 250 when I went to bed. it looks like they list the session ending at 3:30 am central time, I know PTR isnt exact, but support will verify everything Ive stated in this thread, and I will post the emails when I finally get support to respond

Just a case of the he bought a poker robot, and sat down at 5/10 limit poker first time playing online poker in a long time, good game selection for a bot LOLz.

And yes sites sit you out, after absence so either you had table ninja on which doesnt work for lock poker lols. and or a bot lost your money while you were sleeping

instead of believing what he said please check PTR for yourself and u will see the session, I dont use table ninja or bots, I wouldnt even know how to do anything like that. ughhhh you ppl really frustrate me, why would I lie over 250 dollars? why would I concoct this outrageous story if I was using a bot or cheating in any way.

It seems more likely there was a glitch than OP made the story up, and Support should be easily able to check the HH for the tables and see that he didn't play a hand but posted blinds for like 5 hrs.
