The policy here should be pretty straight forward. My wife and I both play on Lock but we "never" play the same tournament, same sng or same cash table and I still managed to get one of the accounts suspended a while ago.

Gladly we were able to resolve the situation with Shane's help. However, the software should automatically detect if more than one player from the same IP is connected to the same game and should simply trigger an alert or deny registration to that table / tournament.

Would just like to address finally now that it has died down and people aren't going to jump to conclusions (although I suppose most people have made their own conclusions already). No Multi-Accounting has taken place between myself and Mike. I was just rooting for him. Poorly worded tweet aside, as Mike and I stake each other him winning is good for me too and I am always happy for my friends. People seriously overreacted to nothing and so I sat back and watched it unfold. Clearly (as anything of this magnitude would be expected) this spawned an investigation of which we were cleared and our accounts proven to be in good standing. If security has cleared us that should be good enough for everybody else. Peoples snarky little comments are a bit ridiculous and anybody threatening physical harm is completely out of line. I implore people to wait for all facts to come in during any situation or investigation and not play the role of prosecutor and jury because it turns out all those who were 100% certain of cheating were incorrect. Thank you very much.

you prob are innocent but lock security lmao does not carry much weight . I cant see players having much love for any lock pros when they cant get paid. I can see them being hounded for there funds at wsop by players wanting to get paid. all I can say is don't wear lock hats good day

The explanation you gave makes sense and i think its great you posted this to clear things up. I think maybe if you had done this immediately it may of saved a lot of the overreactions by people (including me).
Anyway the fact that you are willingly bringing this up now that it has died down makes me more confident that you probably did nothing wrong.(you have to admit it looked pretty bad at the time from the outside looking in). And the way Lock tends to handle important issues doesn't help much either.

As far as the snarky comments, i think some of them are to be expected when something like this happens especially when no real answers are given for a long period of time.

I recently jumped a little out of my bankroll and was lucky to have some decent results. Every tournament i was in iron maiden was a chip leader at least at one point with numerous cashes. Im curious to see how this plays out
