Anyone else missing rakeback payments from today, 4/26? Shane, I e-mailed support and they said there was no delay of any sort or any technical issue so I was wondering what might be causing the problem. I'm missing rakeback payments into my vault for 2 seperate sessions today. One ended a little over 6 hours ago, and the 2nd one I ended about 2.5 hours ago. No payments from either session into my vault. Could you look into this for me Shane? Thanks.

yea...i just got an e-mail back from support saying that rakeback is paid on a daily basis instead of hourly like it has been. has there been a change or is it still hourly shane?

wow okay it's not only me then... i started the thread 'admin monthly win/loss wrong' and halfway thru writing that I realized my my monthly fee figure was wrong too.. and so that thread became about my missing cashback payments

I can't tell you how many times I checked my figures to make sure I wasn't going crazy... so as much as it sucks, it's nice to see other people in the same boat.

I'm also missing a grind for glory rake chase prize level, and it looks like Lock hasn't paid out the Lock Lotto for the day either as they usually do.

Just got my rake chase payments, but I'm still missing my cashback that is paid directly to the vault.

got the rakeback paid into vault but cant input my 4 digit code to access vault. is this happening to anyone else?

EDIT : nevermind. internet explorer didnt work but firefox did
