I'm playing in both right now and more than half...probably only 1/4, of the pros listed as having bounties in the lobby of each game, aren't even playing in the tournament.

I'll admit I didn't check all, but most were playing. The names in the lobby didn't match online names in all cases though. I've already talked to them about this, for instance they listed me as Rizen in the lobby but my Lock Poker name is 'Eric Lynch'

I knocked out a pro two weeks ago in the 100k and still have not had the bounty credited to my account. I did finally receive a response from support today, but only to let me know that my question is being forwarded to the marketing department.

I will let you know if/when they honor the promotion.

Rizen, I was at the table where you were knocked out and brought up the question of whether the guy had just earned a bounty. The consensus was "nobody knows" or "I don't think so". Icewater was at the table and didn't comment on the discussion. Since his name wasn't on the list, I assume there was no bounty on him.

Some clarification would be nice going forward.

Yeah - at some point in the future the pros names will actually be highlighted, but at this point there are other updates/changes that are prioritized ahead of those. That will make things much clearer in the future. And yes, he did earn a bounty for knocking me out.

I would like to add to this: Aug 5 i played the 80k $530 and knock out one of the ten featured pros was Matt Stout. I was never credited with $500 bounty. I have sent multiple emails to support as well as shane. They kept telling me it would be processed and in my account within 24-48 hrs; which never happened. Again I keep emailing them because no one can give me a straight answer. And now they tell me it has been forwarded to the promontions/marketing group and should be processed soon. This is complete bs. Its now 8/14 and still no $500 bounty in my account. Shane or Rizen can u please assist me in getting this cleared up. A promotion like this should be honored immediatley no run around crap. Thanks screen name on lock VARICO

varico bounties on pros are paid out manually. i suggest mailing shane@lockpoker.com and asking for help there, not in this thread.

Lock should run a promo called 'Honor', and the promo would be that they actually honor their promos(and not after you police them). Starting to remember why I got off Lock and regretting taking a payment via Lock.

To be perfectly honest, I would be pretty embarrassed to be a Lock representative or Pro at the moment.
