This thread is baffeling
I wasn't aware of Lock Poker deleting comments? I think this thread is fine as it adds another dimension to the shady practice of Lock Poker (not that we needed anymore..)
The comparison of deleting comments on your own wall is different to deleting comments on a business page.. Lock Poker is clearly trying to
hide the fact that cashouts take a ridiculous amount of time, essentially preying on recreational players who don't know about this forum and/or are none the wiser. No one here is saying that from Lock Poker's stand point that they shouldn't delete them (justifying the character of Lock Poker), but we are condemning the fact that they are misleading their future customers by hiding important feedback that their current clientele are expressing. If you are a person who doesn't really give a **** if new players have a poor experience with poker due to the poker site, then yeah I can see validity to your post, but these people may be genuinely asking about why their funds have taken so long? We aren't trying to be heroes, but 2+2 creates an arena for keeping software/poker developers somewhat accountable and really I think any person who plays poker should at least be a reader of 2+2 - posting on the Lock Poker FB page "read this thread on 2+2" would help the Lock FB community and put what's happening into perspective, rather than hearing the generic email "your cashout will be processed as soon as possible, sorry about the delay" everytime they query about their cashout. Obviously any such post is going to be deleted (Lock Poker have probably developed a software that instantly deletes any comment that has '2+2' in it..)
If the comments were offensive, then by all means they should be deleted. I don't see an issue with that. However deleting a post that goes along the lines of "I haven't received my cashout for over 2 months" doesn't sit well with me, because I'll assume that the comment gets deleted and there is no follow up from Lock with that person who made the comment.
