I got a response from support and they gave me the general BS response telling me to uninstall Lock blah blah blah...so frustrating.

Same issue for me, Mac OS user. I got a few email responses from lock support telling me to change my password (even though my current password was working) and then telling me that the problem was resolved. No it wasn't.

This is indeed frustrating. I am also a Mac OS user and receiving this error message.

Ok. Now I can access real money tables, but i show $0 balance.

When I click cashier, I get redirected to https://cashier.lockpoker.eu/?token=...81e147054bd034 where it says to to access cashier via the click cashier button in the application.

I am a PC user BTW.
