I have checked this out and replied to you. You need to continue to work with security on this.

The network sent over evidence that you purchased a large amount of funds and then chip dumped to accounts they have evidence connecting you to.

The only party that chip dumping affects is the site that can't afford to transfer the dumped amount to the other skin.

Maybe if you lay off some of the chip dumping detectives you could free up a little bit more money to pay customers and people wouldn't have to chip dump to another skin.

I have received communication from security and and I am confident this is being worked out. I was upset no one got back to me. But now they have and now we have solved this particular issue.

Not true, lets say you dump to intertops and whoever you dumped it to cashes it out right away. Now intertops has to pay processing fees that lock should be paying to cash that player out.

Exactly. And if enough players start doing this, you can be sure it'll start creating a backlog for them too at one point.

What about people who want to play on the Revolution network and can buy Lock for pennies on the dollar. Then they try and run it up. If Lock is paying, even if they are slow, it is a good deal. Maybe Lock will stop allowing people to trade, like Merge did. Maybe Lock doesn't like the trading. I am not sure how it affects them.

For US players at Intertops, all withdrawals come with a min. fee of $50.... If they offered one free payout a month like Lock(aka completely free payouts all the time haha), then yeah there might be some problems.

YOLO
YOU ONLY LOCK ONCE.

Has anyone had a satisfactory resolution to these accusations of chip dumping? It just seems like another justification for confiscating and withholding money from players.

I am happy to say my issue has been resolved and my account has been re activated.

When there was an uproar about their transfers policy had to come up with some other ploy to lock up peoples chips.

May I ask, how long did it take to resolve this issue for you and if you might have any suggestions for me as I look to resolve it? Thanks.

Shane,

This is total bull****

Ive not received my $10,000 withdrawal after the 4th week of being promised that itll be in this weeks batch.

Ive been on holiday for a week now! Lock are still asking the same questions, and not resolving the issue. What on hell is going on. Its driving me crazy that you guys do nothing unless I chase up after you, and then you still do nothing.

Ive sent 10 emails explaining to them what my 'relation' is to the user in question yet they send the same emails back saying the SAME question. It is your job to prove that Im somehow chip dumping. Youve provided no evidence or even reason as to why you think Ive chip dumped and now holding my account indefinitely. Its utter absurdity on the highest level, and total incompetence. No other company would act this way, yet Lockpoker keep on doing the same thing and losing their customers faith in the company.

Also regarding my withdrawal. Where on earth is it? This is again another promise which is again undelivered. Im getting sick and tired of Lockpoker, and the way they are treating their customers.

Ive lost all faith in Lockpoker. Every part of their operation is a joke.

My account is re-activated with my full balance. I gave them some info on myself and security is satisfied with my response. I have denied any wrong doing. Maybe you should have stuck to the first sentence.

I don't think you can blame them for thinking you were chipdumping, from looking at http://www.pokertableratings.com/cak...ch/Superfreeek

You must be one unlucky player.

Open an account on Lock, buy a bunch of lock at a discounted price, lose almost all of it to 1 specific player(who also just opened an account). Seems pretty fishy.

lol this looks like the most obv chip dump of all time... 12k at 2/4 1k hands lol

Maybe this is just a huge coincidence, in which case I feel horrible for you; but bro, your statistics are obviously consistent with chip dumping. I hate Lock and think they're bogus, but you have to understand why they would investigate this man.

Maybe "full balance" means, "before the chip-dump"?

Maybe no "wrong doing" means it was regarded by Lock as an acceptable mistake to think that this was the only way winnings could be withdrawn, with the current difficulties in this regard?

Lock locked my account permanently, and gave teh following response.

Hello x,

The evidence that we have obtained through the investigation into your account in participation with Network Security and the affected partner sites is enough to confirm that a chip transfer had taken place from your account to user 'Barack0maha'.

We can also confirm that user 'Barack0maha' was the recipient of transfers from another user on a partner site who coincidentally has used a computer that you have also used. The two of your accounts have shared both IP's and computers and are both involved in a chip transfer to the same user who coincidentally is from the same region as you.

We know that you are not being completely truthful regarding both the questionable activity/transfer and your relationship to 'Barack0maha'. Therefore until you have provided us with indisputable facts and truth, all machines and IP's that all parties involved have used will remain blocked/locked preventing any logins on the network from any partner site.

All we are looking for is the truth at which point we can close this investigation and move forward.
All our best,

Tony

This clearly shows that they have no idea whether I chip dumped or not and are speculating. The last paragraph themselves admit they dont know the truth.
If they dont know the truth how can they block my account. Its absurd.

Lock havent specific which IP, or specified any full hand histories either.
Apparently we used the same computer? I let noone use this computer so thats a total outright lie on their part.

Still, there's enough information here to raise legitimate questions. You should answer them about your relationship with this BarackOmaha. Even a rogue site has their standards.

Of course, even then it's not like they'll ever allow any of you guys to cashout.

How's your current approach working out?

Think about it. It's your money.
