Seriously, my strategy might be to email more often. I have no idea if that will work. Bumping threads doesn't seem to do much as evidenced by the lock lotto thing but you can keep doing that with this situation too.
But I don't know much about the online gaming industry. Perhaps there is a higher and more important reason involved for why Shane does not response to you.

Microbob - out of interest what is your affiliation to Lock poker? You seem to defend them a lot.
I think that the "very good reason" that Shane does not respond to PMs or emails is that Lock do not want to give out the prizes. I'm not very important - I'm just one customer of lock and don't rake much there. Loss of my business is worth less to them than the $2.5K prize that they owe me. Hence the problem.
The promotion finished at the end of last year so it has been about 9 months, which I have "taken a backseat" for a large part of. Bumping this thread keeps the forum aware of the situation and I guess I have to hope that Lock see the value in not having a load of threads from unhappy players.
