have been approved since 7/26, still waiting on mtcn in cashier--it keeps saying "Control #s will appear after transactions have completed processing."

should it be takign this long? is there a differnt place to find the control numbers?

Same here, DF-EPT_WU Withdrawal Approved! on 7/28 but no info since. Is there another place I should be looking instead of the "history" tab in the cashier? I though I saw a place that listed "pending cashouts" in the cashier one time, but I cannot find it now.

So I know it's 1 free WU withdraw per month. That means if I got my money at end of July I can now make another wu withdraw for free. I don't have to wait 30 days? Just wanna make sure. Thanks.

From what I can tell, the mtcn shows up either in the history page or they send you an email when it is available. My number showed up in an email.

The one free withdrawal goes by approved date, not requested date. It has been suggested that they change to requested as that is the only thing we can control.

So I do have to wait 30 days from the day it was approved before I can make another free withdrawal. That sucks.

Nope. It's calendar month. If you were approved in July, you are good to go now for August.

I emailed them about this issue, I have a pending w/d from July 19th that still has not processed. I asked them if it takes into august to process would it be possible to get another free one in August since it took so long.

I would guess if you received your mtcn in July you can take another withdrawal now and be fine.

I am not so sure this is correct. I personally thought it was the opposite. Can Shane or Rizen chime in so we can get an official answer?

Going on day 16 and my WU withdrawal is still "REQUESTED" this is really starting to get annoying. Now I understand why there are so many people dissapointed with this site. So many hours of grinding to make some money then when you finally cashout you have to wait and wait and wait.

12 days, no update yet. Looks like I won't be able to withdraw in August...

Earlier I wrote about how 10% was taken out of my withdrawal twice. The second 10% was refunded after I e-mailed support, but the first 10% still remains deducted 9 days into the process of waiting for my WU withdrawal. This is quite disgusting. I don't think I want to play online anymore at least on Lock. The edges are small, and it's not worth this hassle getting money.

Quick question -- I was going to OPT for the WU cash out but had that 10% taken out.

Aren't we supposed to get 1 free per month? My question is -- does LOCK take it out then put back into your account?

Yes...when your withdrawal is complete email support and they will refund the fee. Not sure why, but they put it into your casino account. Just use the transfer to poker account to move it.

As the poster above me said in response to someone else, the second 10% should be refunded after your withdrawal has been completed. Just email support once you have your cash and they will refund your money.

As always BrianRx74 is spot on, its the approved date not the requested date.

As it has been a while since I have seen some good news on the WU withdrawal page, I finally got my withdrawal approval/Control #/Sender info all in one email.

So for those still waiting, it looks like it is taking exactly 14 business days to receive WU withdrawals.

I'll update when I have cash in hand.

SuttonS, they're now telling me I REQUESTED 80% of my withdrawal. Clearly that makes no sense considering they know they refunded 10% of 90% of my requested withdrawal.

I wrote back in a less than professional manner but that just put me on edge. It's one thing to be a USA online gambler and have to wait weeks to get your money, but at least I always knew I was going to get paid - I just had to wait a long time. Now I'm facing a CSR trying to tell me that I only asked to withdraw 80% of what I actually did and somehow 20% just disappeared.

Like always, I'll let time go by and give CS time to respond to see if this error has been fixed.

I'll take your advice and wait until after I receive my MTCN to ask about the missing 10% assuming it doesn't show up in the WU.
