I haven't even been approved yet requested 7/14, since tommy and wicane don't mind waiting maybe they should volunteer to put their cashouts to the bottom of the batch lol, i believe the name of this thread is (lock wu withdraw) and this thread helps people know whats going on unlike support who answers very few emails, i believe the most important thing in any business is customer support which lock lacks in many areas unless your wicane and tommy they seem to have the up most confidence when there are 300+ complaints in just this thread not counting others, i don't mind reading updates on cashouts because its my only source of information unless you count an email from lock stating we will get back to you lol

Anyone know how long "In Progress" takes? I requested WU cashout late July 13th. On the 22nd it was "Authorized" and then around 2am this morning it was updated to "In Progress". Its been 15 days already so would like to know how much longer it goes from In Progress till I can pick up my money.

You are at 14 days...right about the time money is usually received. Check your cashier history and watch your email. I got my last email on a Sunday. Yes...they may have 300+ complaints, but it seems like those are from about 20 or 30 of the same people in different threads. Many people are having little to no problems with Lock...myself included.

That's my whole point. You seem to have a legitimate issue. The other guy did not, his timeline was the exact as everyone who received payment in 14 days (he ended up getting in 13 days). Him clogging up this thread, support, Shane, Rizen for something that was a non-issue doesn't help him or people with legitimate issues like yourself. I have no problem with you postin in this thread about your problem an hope they sort it out.

hey bud i said what i said because anytime shane posted in a different thread, that guy would hijack the thread that shane was in ..the wu thread is dedicated to wu withdraw. simple common sense and courtesy for other posters with issues

*if u want an example of hijacking a thread go to frequent account verifiication issues thread and see what he posted just now...there is no reason for this and shows no regard for other posters

Requested WU Withdrawal on 7/18 (10 days ago) and I have not gotten any updates. It seems longer than most other people have to wait before they get approval and pick-up info.

Last one I got was requested 7/10, approved 7/20, control # 7/24. I'd give it a few days before getting too concerned.

It's not difficult to get the fee back. Once you have cash in hand email support and you will get it quick.

11 days and still no updates. I see the guy above me waited about 14 days to be approved, so this may presently be the norm.

I cashed out on 7/17 still nothing, Still showing the withdrawal as requested.

requested 7/14
emailed support on 7/26 because i hadn't been approved yet
received email back from support 7/28 2:25pm central time saying they assured me i would be approved same day 7/28
received email 7:20pm 7/28 with payment processed and mtcn control number
loaded the money online on my prepaid mastercard that i got off the western union site
I was really aggrivated that people who cashed out after me were already approved and receiving mtcn numbers, that is why i emailed support. I didn't get approved until day 14 but also received money on day 14, this was my first cashout so i'll try and be a little more patient next time, good luck to everyone else with pending cashouts

I apologize if this has already been answered a ton of times, but I cannot find the answer in this thread.

I do not have an account with WU. Once I have all the pickup info, can I just go to any WU branch to pick up my money in cash? I only cashed out 460 so I think my local supermarket can accommodate me. Do I need to get some sort of WU account or special debit card?

not real sure about picking up in person but it was real easy to sign up on western union site, they sent me a prepaid debit card free in the mail, took 5 or 6 business days, seems easier than going in person, u can use the card at atms to, all you need is the mtcn # to load money on the western union site

No WU account needed, as I don't think I have one. I've had to provide my photo id and my phone number upon pickup.

I do agree that the card seems easier, I just haven't tried it yet.

Sorry I've browsed around a bit and couldn't find the answer...

You can make these WU withdraw's and charged 10%, but Lock will reimburse you? Also, I saw that the first withdraw of the month is free if your "VIP", I rake a ton but have a RB account so can I qualify for the vig free WU withdraw or no?

Yea you get 1 free per month. Also if you want to do a max 2k withdraw, you have to initially request 2201 at first withdraw screen and then select WU and then enter 2k as your cashout.

Taking about 2 weeks at the moment.

13 days and counting on my WU withdrawal. It seems people are getting them within 12-16 days so im right there. Ill give it a few more days before I start to tweak. ONETIME LOCK ONETIME!!!!!
