I know what you mean. Every time I've emailed them I've gotten a response back within 48 hours so not sure why some people have such horrendous luck.

hi cashed out on 6/22.. 6/28 it shows name under on my cashier history .. but there was no pick up number.. now its july 1. i check again no control number/. what is going on? shane pls help me or rizen thank u much. love u guys

The mtcn number will most likely appear today or tomorrow. If it doesn't email support or PM Shane or Rizen.

got an email saying i got my withdrawal cancelled. went to my history and everything was there besides the MTCN number. i emailed rizen and shane politely and im hoping im able to collect today

Today I get an email saying the cashout has been declined. I check my account to find only the fee has been refunded, and my history says the cashout has been accepted, but there's no control number.

I've sent an email with all my info, including email address on file, new lock user name, old lock user name, and my full name for my withdraw fee refund.

I got an email back requesting that i give them all the same information since my email didn't match. It came from my aim address, HOWEVER ON THE EMAIL I SENT THEM I GAVE THEM THE CORRECT INFO.

Anytime you correspond with a poker site you should be sending from the email address linked to your account. Its not that hard, i have had 0 problems with Lock so far.

So are the majority of WU cash outs being approved/received in ~7 days or no? I'm trying to decide whether or not to deposit on there.

its not hard to read the email, either, seriously. all info they wanted was written on original email.

I'm curious about this since I don't play at lock poker but do have intertops account.


If a person runs a high balance there, how do they withdraw with the check situation taking 6 weeks? Do they request one every month or do they go and trade their lock money with someone on the marketplace?


Now at intertops... they have $3000 check withdraws for $50 fee and have the bank wire for larger amounts... I think its 5k or 10k max. But for lock players... how do they even get these amounts off?
