The mtcn showed up today. Picked up no problem

hi guys i have a weird problems.
i requested a western union cashed out on 6/22.
i received an e mail on 6/28 saying my cash out was declined.
so i checked my history page . i saw a name and address but no control number.

Requested 6/20, saw the control # today in my Cashier history (took two days to show up from time of rejection e-mail)), picked up this morning w/ no problems

Does it say "denied"? I'm having the same issue and still looking for answers.

After the decline a name appears in the history followed by a MTCN number 2 or 3 days later.

Picked up $$ today.

I had made a request for $2000. Initially it was declined as my new address was not edited.

After the change of address request was cleared, I was resubmitted for the $2000 cash out. Now it shows two transactions on my History page where one shows Declined and one shows Accepted.

My concern is that my account has not been credited with the original $2000 for the declined transaction. My account is $4000 short and I haven't gotten any MTCN confirmation.

Emily Hope was the one who had resubmitted my request and she has not been clear in her emails.

I even emailed Rizen, and no response yet.

Withdraw requested 6-21 which was first declined but i had read Shane's post stating that was to push through new processor.

6-26 received MTCN# and picked up today no problems.

Super easy and very efficient for today's standards.

Hopefully all of the cry babies who complain about waiting a week for their money will stop complaining. Good grief people need to realize the climate we live in and expectations need to reconsidered.

How did you get your change of address? I have the same problem with my original being denied due to a wrong address that lock changed. It's utterly ridiculous that I've spoken with Rizen, Jhub, and Shane and my address STILL says NJ instead of NY. Literally can't get this changed.

Still wondering if anyone has had success with the WU visa card(loading, spending, ect...). Please update if possible.

I'm wondering about this as well. I ordered a WU card on tuesday so I should receive the card before I receive the WU withdrawal I put in for last night, then I will try and report.

I emailed at support@lockcasino.com and cashier@lockcasino.com.

I had an AZ address earlier and they could only process $450 due to state restrictions. So I got it changed to my new address. For WU, it doesn't really matter what your address is as long there are no state restrictions
