It's just something I have to experience myself, I just started on Lock and was told payouts at usually quick, and I'm use to the "golden days" with FTP and Stars. I use to get payouts overnight. If not I waited 1-4 days. This is just something I'm not use too.

Seems to be that your WU payout takes about 14 days from request. With that being said. I should get it tomorrow.

I would take in anything this guy says with considerable skepticism; he's already been flagged by mods in the P2P thread for shady dealings/behavior with established 2+2 peeps who first called attention to him.
If anything, I would take any recommendation from him as a sign to stay well away from whatever he's selling.

They take 10% at the time of withdrawal, but they will refund it into your casino if you email them when the transaction is complete. You can then transfer it to your poker account. It is one free cashout per calendar month last I heard. Right now it is going by approval date, not requested date.

My cashout has disappeared from my account.

I can no longer see it in my account as requested or processed or anything. Last i saw, it was under review. Now, I dont see any indication on my account that i had a cashout requested.

I did this through the western union option.

I have yet to recieve a reply to any of my emails. All 6 of them.

Infraction inc for Pena23. Don't say stupid things.

Requested WU withdrawal and was docked 10% TWICE. 10% came out when I first requested the withdrawal and the funds were sent to JBD or JDB or whatever. Then 10% was taken again at the end of the process after everything seemed to be submitted.

I quickly e-mailed support asking what's up and referring to the one free withdrawal per month. I did receive a response the following day saying that the 10% fee was refunded, but this is only the 2nd 10%!

e.g. withdrawal requested for $1,000
10% taken out in step one
$900 remaining
10% taken out again for withdrawal request finalized
$810 remaining

Also, on the final confirmation page, I saw some random 1% missing from what the site is telling me is my original withdrawal request.

So it looked like this: You requested a $990 withdrawal... and I'm like wtf

I got support to send me the 2nd 10% back - the $90 of the $1k.

I'm getting the other $100 back, or I'm making sure to cancel my withdrawal, which I know after holding my money for a while in limbo, they'd be happy to do.

I'm also going to be pissed if that 1% randomly disappears, but I'd at least live with it if I get the WU in a timely manner and just eat it as the cost of doing business.

Like others have commented, several days after requesting the withdrawal there is NO RECORD of me ever requesting a withdrawal in my cashier. Nothing pending. Nada.

check your casino account. For some reason every time I do a withdrawal, some gets put in there.
