It's kind of tilting me how some people requested 4 to 5 days after me and they already have their MCTN. How is this possible Shane? I was told a week ago by support I would be put on 'priority'. Still no MCTN... kind of getting ridiculous.

What's the deal with the one free payout per month, but there's still a 10% fee deducted when I go to request the payout?

Requested on 7/8/12, Denied then accepted with wu sender details on 7/19/12. Still waiting on mtcn #. Trying to be patient but 3 weeks for a western union seems excessive. Takes the fun out of playing to be honest.

Finally, my control number! I requested a cashout on 7/6 and it was accepted on 7/9. I didnt get any emails. I will pick up my $2000 later on today.

Today is a new day, and still no MTCN

However I have the person who sent, and I even went to the store and no such WU exist (you can get the payout WITHOUT the MTCN, if they truely sent it)

How the hell do you get 2k off? I thought the max was 1800(2k minus the 200 fee)

My first cash out I requested 6/26 received a denied message that day. However it processed through and I received a control # 7/1 and w/d that day. Getting the fee back took 4 emails, 2 with inaccurate info from Lock that I had received it already. I did however receive it 6/4. Very reasonable time frame to me. This attempt at a cash out was requested on 7/19 and they have managed to take the money out and nothing further.

I had to send 4 emails to find out if the free cash out was 1 per calendar month or every 30 days. Finally received an answer and it is 1 per calender month. I had read on the other forum I may get a faster answer here. Thanks

The max is $1800. There is now way that I can tell to get the full amount off. That being said, I do appreciate the fee being refunded.

When I cashed out, I withdrew $2000 and they charged me $200 (10%), so $2200 total. The $200 was refunded.

I requested on 7/10. It says approved on 7/21. I just send in the verification form on 7/23 as I didn't know about that. Do they send me email with a code to pick up the money when it is ready? Should I expect that soon?

For all of you cry babies that are waiting three weeks to get a cash out why don't you go play at merge and wait 6-8 weeks for a check. The stupidity of some people is mind boggling. Three weeks for a cash out in this environment is great. When I played on merge I remember I taking 8 weeks for a check. So annoying listening to people complain about such stupid things.

They said 1 weeks. It's wrong. It's been 3-4 weeks, they keep giving run around to people.

My experience is no emails period. I received one denied email. Go to Cashier > History Tab > Western Union Withdrawals. There is a slot for a control #, if its there take all that info in the box and head for WU.

I have read if you contact WU the money may be there without a control #. I have not tried this. I did however use WU live chat on my first w/d and it was very quick and helpful. Beats driving to a store.

This is just a thought about the $2000 withdrawal. Before I knew about the withdrawal limits, I tried to withdraw $3000. It transfers that amount out of your poker account and into the casino account. When I was entering the amount, I saw that the limit was $2000 for Western Union. So I put in $2000. It took another $200 out of my casino account for the fee. Now if that $200 wasnt available in the casino account, maybe they just take it out of the withdrawal amount.

I entered 2200 for the withdraw amount on 7/11, got my approval for 2000 and fee refund on 7/22, have not received the control number yet, but hopefully soon.

There time frames have been getting longer which has more to do with the volume than anything else. My first withdrawal took 8 days I believe. My next one should take ~14. Every poker site can take deposits all most immediately but will take time to get withdrawal even going back to PS. If you aren't going to play on lock anymore where do u go? Any site with a good player pool aka merge cash outs are much longer. The poker climate blows we all now that but getting made about waiting three weeks for a withdrawal is down right crazy

Guess I got lucky. Maybe we can figure out why some people are having to wait so long, and others are consistent in getting paid out?

I got a quick cashout, was never a merge player (started a new account with Lock) and never e-mailed support or Shane about my cashout request. Everything went smoothly.

Question: On merge it was 1 free WU withdrawal per month but didn't they change it to 2 free per month when they moved to Revolution?
