Anyone have a F'in clue where I can locate the status of my courier check withdrawal from the casino? Its not in the history nor anywhere else..

Where the hell is Rizen, I withdrawal and get no email, no history of it, cant cancel it if i wanted.. And best of all, its all out of my account.. Am i missing somthing or did i just get screwed over

I never saw your chat, sorry. A lot of times I just sit down at PLO tables and once they get started up I get up and move to another one and start it. You can always e-mail me and I'm pretty responsive that way, and except on weekends I usually check here at least once a day.

Western Union withdrawl Thursday and no word on anything. I wonder if they will still be processed without it as an option or if it will just be cancelled.

yea man i withdrew from wu on thursday as well... still no word for me. I think since we requested it before it went down I believe we should still get our payout...

Still waiting on western union from Thursday. They said 48-72 hours, been over 100 hours lol didnt take them long to get behind

i saw it but only maxed out at 250.00. I guess for those wanting to get off little bits, ok. Better than nothing. I am happy it's an option.

I have the same exact problem as him Rizen.. I requested my pending withdrawal on February 5th and have not received my withdrawal, or was it reinstated into my account. Would like to receive my Western Union transfer, regardless of the 10% fee or not as my process was done 10 days from now, before the process was even removed from the possible options.

Hey guys,

The $250 max is just a temporary measure.

There have been a few teething problems with rolling out our own cashier and this enables us to keep the option open and ride through this brief time.

Will update here as soon this restriction is lifted.

Anyone know the city where these are being sent from? My email only has a name, country and control number. Wu refuses to give me the cash without a city. Hoping to pick up tonight, but no response from email or phone support yet.....

Yes, it is from Nicaragua but the email did not specify a city. When I went to get the money from wu today not having a city was a problem. Still no response from customer service. While I am very glad that the money was sent, and not even too perturbed that it took twice as long as listed, not being provided the necessary information to pick up the money is fairly mindboggling.

To follow up, support just emailed me back stating that they don't have the city that the wu is being sent from as wu does not provide it to them. Any advice? I've never used wu before so I'm really confused as to whether the woman at wu today was being weird (she did check with her supervisor though so going back without the city and trying again seems unlikely to work) or if lock support is giving me some kind of run around.

dunno if u read my message yet LockRizen..have not received any emails from Support on this matter and have asked numerous times what is the cause of my extended delay of receiving my MTCN # and have yet to get a response. =\

Western Union can be fussy, I had a situation when I got my credit card swiped while travelling and a friend sent me some cash whereby they wouldnt release my money because my passport had a middle name but my friend didnt use it when he sent the wire.

I tired a second WU outlet who gave me the same story, but when I pushed the issued they tried and it worked. So it seems their guidelines are stricter than their actual computer systems.

So I'd try a second outlet and persuade them to at least try to put it through.

I am following up with support now. I removed your e-mail from the posts for your safety now that I have it. Be careful posting your e-mail that you use for poker accounts on here, as sometimes people use the public forums as a way to gather e-mail addresses to try and hack.
