What happened with you in regards to the WU fee? They had told me that they were going to credit me back the $45 they got me for because they offer 1 free WU a month.
I will send them an email asking if I can get the 10% back considering it is the first withdraw of the month after I pick the $ up, see where that goes..... As far as the MTCN # I got this email today roughly 3 hours after I emailed them and asked for the MTCN#

Hi,

This was processed Today and an email was sent. It may be in your Spam/Junk Folder. Regardless, I have included your pick up info below:

MTCN - xxxxxxxxx

Sender Name - (1st Name) xxxxx (1st Last Name) xxxxxx(2nd Last Name) xxxxxxxx
Sender Location - xxxxxxx

Please take this to your local Western Union in Quincy, along with photo ID.
All my best, XXXXXX

possibly check your spam/junk? I never received anything but they claim they sent it out right after it was processed so if they are treating everyone the same you should be getting an email soon.

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

I am happy to report that I have received my money in full, cash, via western union. Was alittle sketchy, the money came from nicaragua, but I got the cash in hand so I am extatic. Got the email today around noon, went to my local wu branch only to find out they stopped doing western unions. So I had to go to the next town over and get the $ from a local grocery market.

2/1/12 - requested
2/2/12 - authorized
2/3/12 - in progress
2/4/12 - received email with control #, picked up the WU, got cash in hand!

Way to go lock! Awesome job on the fast us payment! Took all of 3 days, steep fee's, but take advantage of the 1 free per month guys! 3 days!!!

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

I requested my western union on February 3rd at 2:00am. How do I find out when it gets authorized? Do they send you an email? I've tried finding out about the status of it on the cashier, but I can't find any information about the withdrawal.

Go to lockcasino.com, log in.

Click the "cashier" tab, up top on the left.

Click the "withdrawal" tab & it should then say "1 pending payouts" or something along those lines. Click that and you will be able to review the status of your withdrawal.

It will take about 3 - 4 days. Each day is a different step seems like, but it was very quick IMO.

They will only email you twice. Once when you request the withdrawal, and then one more time on the 4th day giving you the control # & the senders name & info and tell you that you can go pick it up.

they never sent me anything about it being authorized. i just got the email with the sender's info and handling # it saying "payout processed". i wouldn't bank on getting it on a sunday, but from what i'm reading and through my experience, you should definitely have it by monday for sure.

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

Haha and get this.. After a little playing with that $45, I turned it into $465!!

I just tried doing another WU cash out but looks like im going to have to wait until the 7th or the 8th before I can do another. I think WU is an awesome process, although, the checks seem to be going through real quick too. But atleast this route you wont have to wait until your check clears or risk of it bouncing. Atleast this way they just give you straight up cash.

Do you have to be of a certain VIP status to use this method?

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

Your welcome.

Id like to just sit on my bankroll, but I put $350 in my vault and left myself $115 to play with. Entered a tournament that was out of my league and wasted damn near $50 in that. I lost quickly. Right now I am playing heads up .25/.50 NL and again, I am not doing so well. Im about to leave because this guy I am playing against is hands down just a better player than I am and I don't want to risk anymore money. Ugh.. I am down to just about $50 from that $115 =(

Re: Lock WU Withdraw

got the control #, sender name and location, I am planning on going tomorrow to western union. Looks like they made good on their promise. Now Jenger1989 did you have to email them to get your fee reimbursed (the $45 you mentioned) or was it automatic? THanks.
