I have gotten emails, finally from lock support about cashing out. They all tell me its going to take a week or 2, but I am going on week 3 here.

Right now I feel like Lock Poker sucks balls, the interface sucks, it crashes often and in the middle of hands. Support has really been pathetic, and I am wondering how long till i get my money cashed out.

They are going toreally have to win me back as a player. Yeah You Rizen! and we've played a lot.

SO, get it together in the next couple of months. FIX the Site, pay the players, and save the BS emails.

who is this Rizen, Poker Room Manager, that you speak of?

i remember a Rizen that used to answer players in this forum before the move, but haven't seen him since.

good news - got the control number today in my history.....apparently you request a WU withdraw, you get an email saying its rejected yet it shows the sender name in history, and the next day you get the control number.....interesting

I just got a WU rejection email as well. I have the sender's name and address, but no control number. Will update if the control number appears as you say in the next day or so. Very frustrating, but if it works, then what can ya say?

I recieved an email from the proccesor this mourning. I thought HOORAY my payout has been proccesed. Alas, instead JDB wanted to thank me for my request, for the second time, 11 days later. NO, ThankYOU JDB Services. THANKYOU.

Shane, I have yet to feel the love on your grand promises for speedy cash-out times via WU cashouts. My most recent request is for peanuts. I just wanted to see it come thru like clockwork. A good rule of thumb is to underpromise and overdeliver. You and the company you represent seemingly do the opposite at every turn.

Also how do you know if you received full credit back the amount withdrawn? I have alot in my account and play regularly so I have no clue.....the history page shows the withdraw requested and the money debited, but no credit back.

same here ..senders info but no mtcn # and my cash was NOT credited back to my account

update ...had MTCN# on cashier page today. just got home with cash in hand

It seems to still charge a 10% fee. Do I have to email support to get the fee back in my account or am I not doing something right?

sender first name is first. lastname is last. make sure u put the country origin. put 350 on the amount not 385. t

it takes 5 days to get ur money. 2 weeks ago they moved to a different proccesor. thats why they are behind a week.

do you have to wait to get the senders name for wu or is there a history you can check that shows the name and address? mine was processed last week it has been approved and western union has it but i dont have the senders name and address?

I believe Shane said he is at the WSOP and will be back when its done. Pretty unfortunate timing for the transition.

Thanks for all the help from those in this thread.

Requested Monday 6/18 ($750)

Received decline e-mail today 6/23

I checked history and I see the senders name and city, just waiting for the control number, which I am assuming appeared the same day or next day for most of you?

*Also, my account has already been credited to the western union withdrawal fee
