I received my WU info yesterday for 6/8 request. The cashier emailer told me i will not be receiving the transaction fee because it is my 2nd of the month, i thought new process accounted for 2 free Wu a month? What can i do now that the cashier is telling me that's not the procedure?

talk to shane/rizen or email support because shane did say 2 free WU per month. They should put a refund back in your account. Did u go pick up the WU yet?

I'm glad it's getting better, and Lock withdraw is still better than a lot of options. But these PR announcements are kind of funny. It's not like "the backlog" is a function of anything but Lock incompetence in the first place. And I don't get how hard it is to clear it.. you send out the payments and then no more backlog.

Maybe there are processor limits, but then it should be pretty easy to know exactly when everyone will be paid. "Oh we have X limit, and Y amount of money in front of you, you'll be paid on Friday, sir."

Also, he says that they "wont hit full speed until this backlog clears" ....okay, well then ANSWER the obvious question:

WHEN WILL IT HIT FULL SPEED??? ...and therefore the 72 hours maximum as promised ORIGINALLY????

I requested a WU tonight and didnt have to pay a processing fee. Looks like the first 2 are free instantly per month now and you dont have to get refunded the money to your account. This is a good move by lock because im sure they were getting flooded with refund emails.

Hopefully the processing of the WU withdrawals timeframe goes down now and they clear up the backlog. Will update when i get my MTCN #.

hi shane, can u help me out pls. i requested a western union withdrawal on 6/6. its been 14 days and i still dont have the pick up info. i emailed support once. but it didnt help. i also checked the status of my withdrawal it still on requested status. i dont get it . pls help me shane. my nick name on lockpoker is "Germal" thank you in advance.

It is a prepaid mastercard that can be loaded instead of picking up cash. You can go to most WU places and pick up one or apply online at westernunion.com. Just for people that prefer to carry a credit card vs. cash. I believe you can load $750 per transaction and it can hold 10k max.

Nice thanks for the reply. Def going to look into it. Have you used yours yet? I'm guessing when you do a withdrawal you just call up and have it sent to your card instead of picking it up right? $750 is the max per transition? So if you did a 2k withdrawal you wouldn't be able to get it all on the card.

Wondering this as well. I've been thinking about the card, but with the new limits prob won't be taking off less than the max.

Have not used it yet...just picked it up yesterday. I was hoping someone could answer the question of how it is loaded. I know for sure the WU agent could load the $750 and give you the rest in cash. $4.95 fee to load the card each time though. Might be worth it for the convenience.

My withdrawal was approved on 6/12, but I never received an email with the pickup information. I have emailed support twice asking about this but received no response. Advice?

I've had that happen before and it was sent to my spam folder.. actually, I don't know for sure it went to my spam folder, that's what support told me probably happened but maybe they just never sent it. But anyways you could check there. Probably either that or they forgot to send it, and now you have to deal with the horrendous wait time for Lock support.

just because it's authorized doesn't mean it has been processed through and sent yet. It just means your 1 step closer, so don't worry about them not sending you the info just yet give it a bit more time.
