They are done as refunds.

You normally just contact support, but you can also contact me for now and I can get any 2+2 guys rushed through.

Thanks for all of your help Shane..... Things are finally coming together I see, as each week comes and goes I see more improvement and I cannot complain.

Shane or Rizen - I emailed support about receiving my deposit bonus. I used the code THEFUTURE as I was under the impression that was the most recent deposit bonus. I asked support to please award me with the most recent deposit bonus if that bonus I used isnt valid any longer. I received an email with a link to all your current promos which did not answer my question at all and seemed like an automated response. I would like to continue playing here but neither my deposit bonus nor rakeback seems to be working. I play almost every day and I rely on these bonuses and rakeback to make my living can you please help me out as your emailing response time has been three days or more between emails and at the rate my questions are not being answered I am not making any progress

If you send me the email associated with your account I can check if you already have the bonus awarded and if not get support to issue it to you.

The delay is on requesting another WU transfer not on receiving the existing transfers.

Yes, they refund the fee to your account.

Not sure if this helps, but my bonus was not added to my admin page for about a week. I used THEFUTURE, as well. It is there now, although i don't see any progress on that bonus, not sure how it is paid out.
