Good luck Charlie. However, forwarding email to cashier team has had little impact in my experience. More than likely you will start getting generic responses from Quinn.

3-4 weeks ago no one was getting paid, now you hear of someone getting paid every once in awhile so I think things have improved.

How about me? I've been on their "priority list" for two months now, lol. Got the exact same cut-and-paste answer from Quinn for the third time. She's got the easiest job in history, I tell ya.

Things are improving though, Shane said so:

1-6-13
imjustshane: I have now compiled a master list of all the outstanding cashouts from that October - November time period and sent that over to the cashier manager and our CEO so that we can be sure these are all sorted with the greatest of speed. Some players have already written back to say theirs came through, this will continue over the next little while and we can get back to much faster cashout speeds for everyone

2-18-13
imjustshane: We have fallen behind Bovada this is true, but this happened when we were at our weakest. With slow cashouts, multiple weekends of tournament failures and our ring fencing move which we knew would slightly weaken our numbers in the short term. We got back to a problem free weekend with the tournaments, we have plans that will see cashouts improve over the coming months and with the new signups continuing at the same rate pre-ring fencing we have no doubt those numbers will bounce back as well.

2-26-13
imjustshane: Everyone will be getting paid much faster, this is just a new part of our processing arsenal and will help overall by balancing out the cashout load better.

3-13-13
imjustshane: Do cashouts need improving yes, all we can do is keep chipping away at that and working toward our target of getting cashouts back to our fast times in 2 months. Unfortunately we cannot fix cashouts immediately, if we were to wire the full amount we need to cashout through say Moneybookers today to cover all current cashouts there would be some VERY large red flags going up on the financial transactions and we would put all of the funds at risk.

4-11-13
imjustshane: The cashout situation has left a lot to be desired in recent months and its been a much slower recovery than I would have liked but we have been chipping away and are now starting to see more and more progress. The worst is behind us now we just have too keep the improvements rolling and get cashout times back to what they should be.

4-30-13
imjustshane: We will, we will continue to pay players, continue to clear up the delayed cashouts and continue to improve overall cashout times. Its started to happen and it will continue in the coming weeks and months.

5-9-13
imjustshane: We are working to resolve more of the players concerns as we move forward, both in statements and in delivering on promises of improving things such as cashout times.

5-19-13
imjustshane: The focus for our team right now is getting all the cashouts caught up, getting all the delayed cashouts moved through as quickly as possible and getting all the enquires on old cashouts handled as quickly as possible.

6-5-13
imjustshane: We have put changes in place and we are working on new solutions to improve our cashout times and get them back where they should be. We continue working on this and expect to see the fruits of those labours in the coming months but until we see consistant results posted here from our players those are just words.

WORST JOB EVER

SGT RJ,

Honestly I'd rather Shane repeat himself month after month and continue to see players get paid than him stop saying anything and player cash-outs stop being processed. Although the May crisis really looked scary, we are still seeing cash-outs processed and if people continue to receive money, that's the important thing.

In the meantime just expect really bad cash-out times and hope that nothing major happens to Lock imo...

Got the MTCN # a few hours ago, so will be going to a WU office tomorrow morning to collect $. Was done within 3 day time frame as promised. gl anyone else with pending cashouts
Its funny, this used to be the reality for this thread... But back then the max WU was 800 or so. Also, Lock would be forced to remove the WU withdrawal option due to processor limits....

My guess for the current state of things wouldn't be that they are insolvent. But instead, that they still have the processor restrictions, coupled with a larger player base, and a much higher max withdrawal of 1800-2000.

This would be my optimistic take on why WU withdrawals take so long. It would also best serve those who have money on the site they ever wish to see. But for those who don't have money on the site, its in their best interest to pummel Lock into the ground, in hopes of increasing traffic where ever they happen to play now haha/keeping Lock money at an absolute steal in the transfer thread.

What I don't understand is why newer requests are being paid out. What about the requests from 5 months ago? Dude, it's Western Union, just push me n CharlieKelly and anyone else waiting on WU from 5 months ago through your newest processors. Make the newer requests wait. Do I live in a different reality? Some altered dimension? Why is this acceptable?

Of course I'm going to be biased because I'm one of the ones waiting, but it's still not cool in my books, (even if I wasn't personally involved), that other people waiting 1 month can get money but people with January requests are still sitting around waiting. We've been waiting through 2 calendar seasons. Our requests were days after 2012. It's nearing the halfway point to 2014, what the hell.

I am only hypothesizing here, but I am guessing their theory is that if they would rather have people who have already been waiting awhile wait longer than risk having a new crop of people get to the point where they have been waiting for 5+ months. They are probably telling themselves to just get through it and then make sure it never happens again. The problem is that they have probably had, essentially, a run on the bank...which makes it hard to catch up.

I hope you get yours soon man.

I just submitted a withdrawal via WU (2k) on 6/3. Have been blowing up support bc I have alot of money I need to get off of Lock. They are assuring me that it will be 4-5 weeks from the time I requested the cashout till CIH. And that was after I mention the forums suggesting more like 4-5 months. Obviously, it's hard to believe anything support tells us but maybe they have improved their processors... Wishful thinking? LOL. Good luck to everyone with pending cashouts!!!

Speedy processing to you all!

This is an example of a useless post. You're actually taunting 2+2 users..

Don't post before getting on the school bus in the morning.
