Lock WU Withdraw - Page 22 - Two Plus Two

It was a post and some replies about how all these Cashout issues, long waits for cashouts, lowering the WU limits, bounced checks, lack of support responses, and all of these thing related to money seem to clearly point to a Lock cash flow problem.

It's a debit/credit card WU offers on there site. That is about all i know someone in this thread suggested it. Figured I would try it out

I requested my WU withdraw on the 11th and it still says "Requested". Does it usually stay that way for a while? I know these things are taking about a week or so, but when does the status usually change and from what to what?

I have still no received any email support, phone call, or contact regarding my withdrawl after a week. If any employee of lock is trolling here, please Message me about this? I don't know if this is a great place to play if they can't get the support together the way they did.

Almost a 100 percent certain you can only withdrawal using WU to the registered city and "area" that is registered on your account that matches your ID. Pretty sure you can't email support and be like "hey, i'm in vegas this weekend...send my money here."

I would ask them (although that is about impossible) I don't get why it would matter where you are. You can pick up WU's any where as long as you have your photo ID and the MTCN number. I would assume a WU from Lock wouldn't be any different. They don't send it to a specific location, it's just in the WU system.

Given all the BS that's been going on? Don't you think a Thread concerning all of this should be a sticky on the Lock Poker Thread. It should be a concern, as they are losing a lot of people by not keeping up with the support.

Shane, requested my western union on 6/3 you said to email you the addy on my acct and you would look into it for me, that was 3 days ago and have got no response from you. I did however get the exact same email yesterday as I did when I originally cashed out... So I'm now on day 14 and have got no resolution, no email from support, no email from you, no call back from support phone number, please help me out here...

I requested a WU withdrawal on the 3rd as well and status went from pending to processed yesterday. My money is at WU but Lock never e-mailed a transfer control # or info about the sender which is apparently not listed as Lock poker. ...so still am waiting for response from support about what country the payout is coming from, name of the sender and the transfer control #.

Shane responded to one of my posts and said they are moving to a new processor and that they were hoping that everything was going to be ready friday but it didn't happen. He said Monday everything should be ready and they are going to process everything Monday.

Yup but it is still showing $350, and since we been waiting since the start of the month on this cashout will we be able to cash out right away after this? More than likely have to wait the 8 days.

Just did first withdrawal after the new 2k limit hopefully it is faster like they said. Looks like you are able to load the western union master card online as long as you have the mtcn number. Will update on both once i get the number
