Does anyone know a good email to contact support from the US? I received an email from support@lockpoker.com saying that I needed the verification filled out and sent back and when I tried to reply and ask a question I got an email sent back saying that support@lockpoker.com is not a valid email address.

The question I had was about the utility bill. I am living with relatives so my name isn't on any of the bills. Does anyone else know if there is an alternative to the utility bill being sent.

Account Verification

Photo ID verification is our highest form of verification and may be requested for a number of reasons, including:

A player who has deposited via credit card wanting to complete a player to player transfer
A player meeting credit card deposit limits
The Fraud or Cashier department requesting the documents at their discretion
If you have been asked to complete the verification procedure by the site for any reason, or simply wish to complete the procedure ahead of time to ensure smoother processing, please follow the instructions below:

STEP 1 - Please follow this link to complete the identity verification form.

STEP 2 - Together with the verification form we require:

A legible copy of a valid driver's license, passport, or other government issued photographic ID.
A copy of the front and reverse sides of any credit/debit card used to deposit on your account
STEP 3 - Send the completed form and other documentation to the LockPoker support team via one of the following methods:

Scan and email to support@lockpoker.com
Take a digital photograph of the documents and email to support@lockpoker.com
All scans and photographs must be easily read, and should match the information stored in your LockPoker account information.

Your personal information will remain with us in strictest confidence, according to the LockPoker privacy policy.

Players are only required to send this information once. If you should have any questions regarding our verification procedures, please read our FAQs and if necessary contact our support team at support@lockpoker.com or click here to chat with a Live Help representative

This is from Lock Poker's verification page. The verification form does not ask for a current bill like they used to. It looks like all you need is a copy of your DL and your credit/debit card if you used one to deposit. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I've been waiting a week to hear about my WU withdrawl. Emailed support three times, left one message, and got one email bounced back today. I am wondering WTF is going on, I think leaving me hanging for 2 weeks is way out of line. So. .. Ill keep posting til I get a response from them

I sent them that form and then they emailed me back with this:

Hi,

Below are the documents we require to verify your account and the credit card used to fund it:

1) Verification Form (Attached or download from your Player Admin, https://lockpoker.playeradmin.com/ph...ification.html)
** Please ensure you sign and date the Verification Form

2) Photo ID

3) Scans of the back and front of your credit card

4) Bill (Hydro/Utility bill, Phone bill, Statement, etc.)
** Please ensure the address on your account is correct as we cannot be held liable for undeliverable check fees.

Please send to security@lockpoker.com

We apologize for any inconveniences. But please note that this is not only required prior to a payout, but also to increase your credit card limit and to enable your transfer feature. Sending it now will alleviate having to do so in the future.

Thanks for clarifying. It's nice that they don't ask you to send all the required info the first time. The email address is differs as well...hopefully it all ends up at the same place.

i can confirm this is correct. it took about a week for them to verify me months ago but dont be surprised if it takes weeks or even a couple months now and some players dont even get a response. things just keep getting worse and worse before they get better i guess..sigh
