I've never heard of a company sending out checks in batches. Lock is implying that they send out mass checks/WU at once.....then wait a while.......then send out another mass "batch"
What blows my mind is their support doesn't offer anything more than an apology. Not even a Here is a Tournament ticket...please continue to play at our site while you continue to wait for your WU withdrawal.
The fact that all they offer is apologies and no actions other incentives for such a MASSIVE display of poor customer service is beyond inexcusable.
Been waiting 55 days and waiting for WU...Stuck in Pending.
I'm so over Lock, and I am definitely spreading the word about my experiences with Lock as a company.
I got my Sender Info Today. I imagine at least another week for the MTCN?? Lost track of the number of days waiting, but thankfully I can put this to rest shortly.
One more week and it will be 3 months that I have been waiting for $1,750 on a cashout via WU. After all the generic e-mails with little to no explanation except "queued up in the next upcoming batch".
After weeks of "very soon" and "priority next batch" I get the sender info, but no MTCN. Their response to my request for the MTCN:
"Hi, This should not be much longer at all. Please expect to receive your full pickup information sometime next week. Thank you for your patience.
