Know some people have been asking questions in this thread and other threads about the 10% WU fee. I was able to withdraw this month free without any 10% fee being taken out to be later reimbursed. When I went to the WU withdraw menu it said "This withdraw qualifies for no fees" or something like that.

Still waiting on MTCN from 1/18 for my other withdrawal though...

It's very hard to meet deadlines when the habits of the owners are very bad. Just the fact that they allowed for such a big backlog is an indicator that going forward they will be slow.

If the crew who is there now remains (which they have), then very little will change. Its absurd that the CEO hasn't stepped in sooner to make a statement.

Yeah I'm sick too. I turned 25 dollars into 500 on bovada, and they paid me through western union in under 24 hours. I took that money and deposited it all onto this ****ing garbage website with disgusting looking cards thinking that because they had a wu option too, i would get it just as fast.

now i have to work my ass off at my **** job for the next few months just to deposit onto bovada again

Today marks the 116th day since requesting my initial $2K withdrawal. That's right, it's been 1/3rd of a year now. I realize I'm repeating myself, but I'm still waiting for a $2K check to replace a 01/06 WU Withdrawal request that Lock got the sender info blacklisted. That's right, JANUARY 6th. I was under the impression this would be expedited to me in some sort of faster way considering how long it's been. What I don't understand is why Lock wouldn't make an exception and get me the money quicker. Clearly they can see that I haven't been playing nearly as much at all since, wouldn't they want to get me my money so I resumed playing? Why is it okay to let a customer wait until June or later for money from JANUARY 6th.

Shane, I'm disappointed by this. I really thought that something would be done to resolve this. It's not as if it was my fault that the sender info was blacklisted in the first place. Lock got me my 2nd WU Withdrawal for $800 a month or so ago, cash in hand and everything, which was requested in like early March. So why couldn't they break my initial $2K withdrawal up into pieces and send it through WU as well? Of course Lock helped me get the $800 off and let me wait around forever for the $2K. It is beyond the point where it's been too long, 116 days? And if I have to wait 8 weeks to RECEIVE the check from when it was turned into a check withdrawal request, I won't receive it for another what, 30+ days?

Shane, please show me other instances of people waiting longer than myself. Please tell me why I'm not accounted for and why I'm not receiving this check within a reasonable amount of time. I really don't understand it, I've been NOTHING short of nice and appreciative to you. At some point, I'd like you to feel for me here. I wish you could ship me $1K right now so you and I were in this together. You'd be on them like GLUE to get that money.

The most sickening part of the above is that Lock Poker knows that this person has no legal recourse. I hope you get your money.
