This is a highly impressive turn around from lock. Contrary to everything posted on this page so far lol.
Shadowpoker, I'm confused by your withdrawal dates. How did you request a WU withdrawal on 03/08 when your 01/19 was still pending. Lock doesn't allow players to request more than one withdrawal at a time. See below:

Hello Shawn,

Thank you for your email.

I'm afraid it is not possible to request a cashout while one is currently pending. We will have your pending cashout resolved very soon and you will be able to request a second one then.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Jake

Good news to everyone with early Feb. requests. I just cancelled my $900 WU from 2/6 that was still in the verified state, and requested a $2k withdrawal. So that means all the early Feb. requests will be processed in the next couple of days most likely.

Yeah its a bit weird. But if I'm remembering correctly my 1/19 request got processed on 3/8, which allowed me to submit a new one on that day. The 3/8 request got both sender info and mtcn# on 4/8. That allowed me to submit a new one that I got the mtcn# for yesterday. For the first time I don't actually have a pending withdrawal (holding out for May 1). I hope they finally finish clearing through the backlog you guys are in, and everyone gets paid. All of this negative press is bad for traffic

I deposited with Lock before I knew anything about the cashout delays. I guess I'll do more research next time ...

Anyway, I made my first WU cashout request this morning (4/28). Just for the sake of comparison, I will post the progress of my cashout as I get the appropriate information.

Speedy processing to you all!

Any idea how long it will be from when its verified?
Or is it on a person to person basis?

Based on the posts in this thread, the time seems to vary widely. After I submitted my first cash out yesterday, I sent Lock CS an e-mail saying that I'd heard horror stories about cash out delays from both Lock players and on several message boards.

I indicated that I was aware that cashing out is tricky due to the current poker climate, so I wasn't expected an overnight turn around. I just asked for an estimate --- within two weeks --- of how long my WU cashout should take.

Liam from customer service responded this morning that the cashout should take 4-5 weeks. At this point I'm just going to take Liam at his word and hope that is true. I will post updates when applicable.

Be well.

I don't understand. What does your cancelled cashout and new request have to do with other people from early February getting paid?

people requesting cashouts from late march / early april have been getting there WU recently within a few weeks, while others from Jan and Feb are still waiting, he's hoping that it will put him with the new processor or whatever reason why the new WU cashout requests are going through, while the old ones are still in a stalemate.

It's called sarcasm.

Yes, I was saying it like "knowing my luck, as soon as I cancel my cashout, everyone from that time period will start getting paid.

If we aren't able to receive our money within the next month or two, has anybody considered legal action.

Also I have requested a withdraw via WU about a day ago I will keep everyone posted.

I was told the same thing. Personally, I don't believe a word of it. I've just seen too many horror stories on this thread.

Still nothing...

Lock 10k and 12.5k GTD tournaments only have about 5k or 6k worth of entry fees. If they are losing 5-6k per tournament like this and gives insane rakebacks, how are they making money?

I've emailed Lock but they never responded....when I go to make a cash out it automatically takes the $200 fee for the Western Union so it auto deducts it from $2,000 to $1800. When I try to put in $2200 so I can get the full 2k it won't let me (because $2,000) is the limit. I want the full $2,000, I know it's $200 but I have to do about 8 more of these cash outs and I want as much money as I can get each time. What can I do to get the full $2,000 western union?

There is nothing you can do. This is something new lock has been doing, presumably to further limit what people can cash out. They get sketchier by the day.

verified 3/14 and nothing still

I don't know if it would be cost effective to wait a month to have the fee removed and withdraw the full 2k.
