requested 2/8.....

still requested

Like the others glad to see people getting paid but it's pretty annoying sitting at the same state it started at 6weeks later while people that requested after me are paid.

good luck. told you that didn't sound like a generic message. glad to hear you got your MTCN. now hope it is a valid MTCN.

if i were you, i would go to pickup ASAP and not wait. who the heck knows what can happen if you delay the pickup. the sender might rescind the money and claim he already sent it. LOL

GL... keep us posted.

Shane - while I would like to remain optimistic about my cashout going from Requested stage to Cash in Hand... history of all 2+2 documented WU Lock payouts does not support the case.

I appreciate you contacting the Cashier team to look into my situation. What I really do NOT understand is how a WU payout can simply sit in the "Requested" stage for 5 weeks. I might not know the inside working of Lock but when a payout sits at the "Requested" stage and not go to the verified stage... tells me Lock Cashier team did not approve it yet and obviously did not send it off to the payment processor. So, the delay is with Lock and not any specific payment processor.

I really hope to get my money within your stated timeframe of 4-5 weeks.

Your cashout is still in that range and can go from requested to in hand fairly fast. I have followed up with the cashier team for more accurate information on your individual situation.

There are several of us that requested weeks before you and are still Requested also...welcome to the line.

Also their stated timeframe is in business days. Your only at ~3.5 wks

They gave me the wrong sender info... I wonder if it's gonna be another 4 days now. Money was there, but they gave me the wrong ****ing name.
03-20-2013 , 11:25 AM
have you try the old sender name from like a month ago (if that makes sense)?

I never had sender info given to me prior to today. I checked my cashier lobby and it's written slightly different there, but I asked the lady at the WU office if the name I gave her was even close, and she said no.

Seems like an awful lot of screw ups lately. Reminds me of an episode of Roseanne I saw when I was a kid where they sent the check for the power company to the gas company and sent the check for the gas company to the power company. That'll buy us a little time!

I received an email from Lock support saying that I was going to be processed very soon, but didn't give me a timeframe. I was surprised to see an email from them since I have not sent support an email in about 3 weeks. Nevertheless It was nice seeing them email me and reach out to let me know they are working on my withdrawal. It is keeping me optimistic.

Requested 1/28 so hopefully the wait isn't much longer
03-20-2013 , 02:11 PM
requested - 1/21
verified - 2/14
senders info - 3/7
MTCN - ??????? seems like im never going to get it been 2 months now

max WU withdraw and ive raked over 4K in the last month so seems like volume has nothing to do with it. i have seen others who requested after me that are getting there money before me.

Just cross posting my response from the other thread:

Ive responded to you on the FB page already, the usual mistake here is getting the order of the names right I have sent you exactly how it needs to be entered with WU.

***Update*****

WU requested 1/9 for less than $400
processed 2/18
sender info 3/6
MTCN 3/20
Cash in hand 3/20

GL to all in receiving funds from Lock.

Well I guess you have to ask yourself, who do you trust more? Some rando WU rep or lock?
03-20-2013 , 03:33 PM
Ya, I have a hard time thinking this was an accident. They're probably screwing with me.
03-20-2013 , 03:46 PM
I am one of the biggest critic of Lock on 2+2. However, I honestly doubt Lock would go to this extend to screw with you. Must be a miscommunication along the way. I am sure they will resolve this fairly quickly.

GL and keep us updated.

I just wish my 5 week old WU would get out of the "Requested" stage.

Shane, get my phone number and give me a call. Let's actually get this sorted out. I can tell by the email correspondence with your support staff that they are not understanding the situation whatsoever, and tomorrow is going to be 9 weeks of waiting. The name I was given was incorrect. The Western Union representative saw my frustration after trying twice with the name I was given, and told me that I wasn't even close, and gave me the initials of the sender which I have provided your support staff with to aid in your ability to figure out why my money is unattainable. Actually do something please. This is unreal.

As per my FB conversation Ive sent this straight to our CEO, thats who was helping me with details earlier.

As soon as I hear back I will let you know.

All I know so far is we have confirmed the details given by the processor and checked them with you and according to your WU branch they are incorrect. So now we have to go back to the processor and find out whats happened.

i still haven't heard back from the cashier or gotten an mtcn on my 1/11 WU shane. that's 9 weeks and 5 days now.
03-20-2013 , 10:52 PM
Every day is a disappointment waking up and checking my cashier and seeing that I'm still being processed from a 1/08 withdraw.

Emailed Shane, he acknowledged it and said it would be passed onto the cashier team.

Glad there are some of you getting their money more than a month after my request.

Well played Lock.

Lock Poker is kind of like my dog... They just can't figure out how to stop pissing on their foot.
03-21-2013 , 10:13 AM
Shane - can you please advise why my WU payout is still in Requested stage?

$2000 WU

Requested on 2/14/2013
Today is 3/21/2013

It has been OVER 5 weeks and my request has not moved at all.

It has been sitting in Requested stage for 5 weeks. I thought Cashier team said WU payout will be processed in 4-5 weeks. Having my WU payout sitting in Requested stage means it still has not been approved by Casher team and pass on to the payment processor. So much for the new timeframe.

What is going on?

Please help!!!!!!!!!

Screen name - welcomedonk
