Hi,

Once a payout has been submitted, Western Union will process this within a week. Once done, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes your Confirmation Number and Name of the Sender. Please take this, along with photo ID to your local Western Union branch in and they will release the funds to you.

I requested my cashout last Monday the 14th I believe and I just got an email with my control number ready for pick up.

yesterday,the Lock send to me Account Payout Email with the MTCN,when i check this number in WU website,they says that the payment is unavailabel.now i check it again and the status is "W0131 We do not have an order with the provided information. Please verify your information and provide the correct information in the form below." So i think i have a wrong MTCN,my account is DKproduction.please check and respond asap,Thanks !!!!

Ummm, pretty sure you have to pick it up in person at a WU location. Usually they are at kroger's or walgreens, etc.

mine was like that to for 5-6 days, hang in there they seem to be taking about a week approx to get to you now.

Caution: Don't think withdrawing with WU is a good way to get money while travelling. The orders are set up to be cashed only in the country matching your address and the cancellation "fee" was the same amount that I requested (max).

Apparently, but I figured the address on the order just had to match the ID info. Watching Locked Up Abroad etc . . . and seeing them receive money a couple days after getting out of prison made me think you didn't need foreign residence (the form asked for a street address). Hopefully my my fax goes though and enable my card so I can cash it through phone.

I always figured WU was mainly used a a way to send money to people while travelling.

Actually, you can pick up WU within a 4 or 5 state radius of your physically registered address.

Shane, when are we going to get the max withdraw bumped up on these WU cash outs. I've been reading Carbon has their Max at 900 and the cash outs seem to be trending quicker than Locks.
