Now Lock closed my account and has also stolen the account balance. I have every intention of filing complaints throughout the internet. I have accepted they are not paying myself and others. I have made contact with US government agencies requesting assistance. I sincerely hope the US government intervenes and punishes the cheating crooks for their actions. No business in the world can act this way or treat consumers in this manner unless there are 0 rules and regulations for them to follow. see there are no geoverning bodies for the crooks and they make their own rules as they go!!!! They have no rules to follow. If they dont pay you there is nothing you can do.!!! I will pursue this until they are taken over by the local police, government, US government, or some type of governing agency..... Another player ripped off by LOCK POKER AND ITS ASSOCIATE TEAM OF THIEVES!!!
You're an idiot, by the way. Lock taking 3 months to pay out is a hell of alot better than the US Govt just seizing all their funds and everyone hoping to get paid pennies on the dollar. They have been issuing MTCN's nearly everyday for the past 10 days or so, and their backlog should get a boost when their supposed new cashout system for VIP members goes into effect in a few days. If you had instead seeked guidance on the issue from the community, you would have had a much better resolution to your problem.
Lock is not a good option for USA players right now - their playerbase has obviously taken a massive hit because of it, judging on how much more popular Intertops is compared to them despite not being open to the majority of US players. The ironic thing about the whole Lock situation is that it is infinitely more profitable to be truthful and legit in this industry than it is to be deceiving and greedy. Unfortunately, there is literally only one poker company that has realized this since the inception of online poker, Pokerstars, and they are now one of the most powerful companies in all of the gambling industry.
The point I'm making is, no matter how you spin it, it is imperative for an online poker company to provide the best service possible if they want to be successful, so to say that they are stealing your money isn't 100% accurate. In my opinion, Lock has been doing an absolutely atrocious job since they founded Revolution Network back in June, and the situation we see today is a result of gross incompetence after taking on a project that was way more significant than they ever could've imagined, rather than them trying to fool all of us and steal our money. But one thing is an absolute fact: involving the US government in any situation regarding current USA facing sites is the absolute worst possible thing you could do if you want to ever see your money.
